Trustworthy, Intelligent, Incredible!
If i could rate it 10 stars out of 5 I would do just that! Almost immediately after reaching out to AnswerConnect I received a phone call from Eli, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He asked me very intelligent questions around the business I was trying to create and the offering I wanted to bring to the market. His input allowed me to truly get a better understanding of exactly what I wanted to do, all while seeing if AnswerConnect and my company would be the best fit for each other. He was never pushy or had any other motive but to see if we were the right option or each other. He had constant clear communication throughout the process and immediately I knew I could trust him. Unfortunately for me, my company had to pivot and so I wasn't able to follow through on this opportunity. But I was so impressed with the level of care, consideration and patience that Eli had for me that I'm actively trying to figure out a new route/offering for my company so that we can work together in the future. I couldn't recommend Eli and his team enough! They are truly a rose amongst the thorns!

My experience was great while working directly with the agents/reps., who were well versed and helped me to reprogram our scripts. Only concern was that others from same company were asking wrong questions after we updated everything.

The rep from India was very nice, patient and helpful.
Very good experience.
I will say up until she suggested we meet on line and go through the contract we had called and complained many times and still had your company calling and sending emails to people that didn't even work for our business. This was all straightened out with this rep. She needs a raise as we were becoming disappointed with the service.

Exceptional Service
My onboarding experience was very long, BUT i know it had to be that way. The gentleman helping me was VERY knowledgeable and very fast! He understood and caught onto our business model SO quickly, which helped streamline the process. He was able to help edit my script very fast and helped edit it into very fine details that i knew were complicated to do but it made it look easy. He also helped show me all the additional features that comes with our service such as texting and chat features. He also is going to take his own time to help edit a lookup form for me which will help save me hours of time and to me that was going very above and beyond for me as the customer!!!!!! I will be onboarding my 3 other companies so to have this experience truly made a difference. Also, Diane my account manager has been wonderful and so attentive and knowledgeable. Our company was very leery about using a third party service such as this, but my experience with your team has eased our minds immensely and we are looking forward to this intermigration!! I also think the value that your company will provide is well beyond what we are paying each month. Thank you AnswerConnect!!
