Polite, efficient staff. Well done all of you

So far, I haven't had a single problem at all that I am aware of. Each call has been patched through clearly and politely and efficiently. Each call is matched with a brief email report detailing the call and the caller for our records. Hopefully, they keep up the good work and keep the staff happy- if staff shortages mean less good service, I am sure we would notice immediately. They have all been great. Thanks to all of you front-liners!

So Glad I Picked AnswerConnect

As a small growing business I have needed a company like AnswerConnect for some time. They have more than met my expectations, from initial discussions around my requirements to the set up process which has been very straight forward, fast, efficient and successful. Really great service and Andy was great…

Really great service and Andy was great at accomodating what we needed as business any time I spoke to him. The bespoke answering service is really professional and I would highly recommend this company if you need some trustworthy services to make sure your calls are in the right hands and being handled professionally and suited to your business.

Skilled and Professional Agents

We found AnswerConnect agents to be highly skilled at handling calls. Our callers sometimes have complex needs which require clarity and careful negotiation to engender trust. Our team were able to respond to the caller in the knowledge that their first point of contact had been handled with warmth, friendliness and professionalism.

I have just started to use…

I have just started to use AnswerConnect and I am delighted by the results. Over the years I have occasionally used similar services but none has impressed me until now. The sign up process was simple and efficient. This was followed up by an introductory call before the system went live.
When the system was activated I decided to make a series of test calls to see what sort of impression my customers would have. The result was exactly right being a mix of friendly efficiency and helpfulness. Thanks again for doing such a great job

Great Value Call Handling Service!

We have been using Answer Connect now for a while and as a small plumbing & heating business this has contributed significantly to our recent success.

As a small team we missed out on so many first time enquiries due to us being on site or spending the little spare time we have with the family.

They answer our calls 24/7 and they have our call flow configured so that if I toggle myself to available within the app then they live transfer the call and if I am unavailable they text me a message - all at no extra cost.

Would highly recommend vs other call handling firms I experimented with.

COVID lock down support

We switched over to AnswerConnect during the COVID lock down and their service has been exceptional. I would highly recommend AnswerConnect if anyone is looking to outsource this service. Some key benefits for us included: Short commitment; Fast deployment; Speedy config changes. AnswerConnect also offered a COVID deal which sets them above the rest.

GREAT SERVICE - WELL DESERVING OF 5 STARS !

Great service from initial enquiry (thanks Andy Carruthers for leading me through the process) to finalising our script set ups (thanks for your patience Chris Friel). The team are all extremely helpful and prompt at responding to our ever changing needs! Our clients now do not have to be confronted by an answerphone during our busier times and out of hours and instead get to a friendly, real life person to speak to.

Good business sense

It gives me great peace of mind to know that if a client calls my business then they will get someone to talk to who has access to my diary and can book them an appointment. Thanks to AnswerConnect I will not miss out on business and my customers feel that they are being looked after and not just leaving me messages on an answerphone.

Professional service

From the beginning the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to our needs. When concerns arose they acted professionally and resolved these. Amazing relief to know this level of support from a third party into a business is possible. Most certainly would recommend.

Get signed up now - tried other companies and they can't compete

Having recently moved services to Answer Connect. I couldn't be happier, the quality of the messages taken are far superior, the staff are far more professional and friendly. Lastly as a young company we have halved our costs compared with the company before which was meant to 'one of the best'. Don't look any further the customer support is fist class and it's superb value for money !!

I’ve just launched a start up estate agency

I’ve just launched a start up estate agency and wanted ALL callers to receive a great experience from day one of dealing with my company. As a start up we don’t have any staff and I did not want people to ever go to voicemail or get an engaged tone. Answer Connect have enabled me to do this and their pricing is fair and I feel represents the service their offer well
