Absolutely shocking company who operate what is known as a subscription trap . No reminder email about the upcoming renewal, no easy way to cancel the renewal online or easily identifiable way to cancel and a point blank refusal to refund subscription fees.
Not even a good product - otherwise I'd have kept it
I tried out the product in 2023 but found it to be a pretty inferior mapping product so didn't go onto use it further - they subsequently charged a massively inflated renewal fee to my card and in spite of being contacted immediately - telling Anquil I had not used the product last year and and would not in future Anquil refused to return my money.

Obviously I have been happy with the end product for my walking holidays et al.
However I didn't find the storage of routes all that obvious and the definition of folders and files left me confused at times. The quality of the maps was always very good and the regular updates were welcome. In addition the helpline service from David was always of a high order. I have recently discontinued my subscription but only because with advancing years my use of the product was largley no longer needed.
