I have order two years in a row my pool furniture for my apartment community. Heavy and sturdy. Delivery is great and Lauren (my sales rep) is very pleasant to work with. I will order all of my pool needs from Upbeat.

The site was easy to navigate and ordering was easy but I would have liked shipping a little less expensive. $115 for 8 3x5 floor mats. Will judge quality of mats when they arrive.

When ordering through your website, at no time was there an indication that the shipping time would be 2 months. We are a general contractor and our construction schedules are tight. One of your representatives told me they would call me back after checking with the manufacturer to see if shipping could be expedited and I have yet to receive a call back!

We have used Upbeat on several occasions. Each time the process is a good experience. On a few products we had to interface directly on the phone to order a specific item. The reps are always courteous, professional and thorough.
Today rep Cara wanted to be certain the proper part was available and stated she would contact me back. She contacted me via e-mail and had already prepared the order for me to approve. She was very kind and she is an asset to your company.

I dealt with a great customer service representative that did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed. I definitely would recommend to others. The products are well made and withstand. I have them at one of my properties already and am now purchasing for the second.
