The salesperson I called (Halley) was excellent.She had the answers to all my questions. She got all the details for these custom benches just right. She set everything up perfectly for a slightly more difficult than normal delivery. She responded quickly to my later email questions. The 5 benches shipped sooner than expected. The shipper contacted us in advance as requested. And best of all they look fantastic at the Greenville Railroad Park. Thank you Upbeat for a great experience.

Yep over a month back and forth website issues then saying credit card issued oh nope it’s fine one email order processed one email payment declined next email order shipped yeah ultimately I refused delivery save the annoyance an order whatever you need via amazon

My Assistant was told some crazy story that we can not purchase a replacement chair that broken within 18 months of purchasing the original. Also I order an umbrella stand in the August and did not get it until January 2019! When I don't need it. I am disappointed by the service.

Takes to long to get the product. I placed an order at the beginning of October and as of today they are still saying that the item is in production. How long does it take to assemble a trash can????
