Wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering.

Ordered Sunday, paid extra for next day delivery. No dispatch notification so I chased on Wednesday. Their email made it sound like it had already been dispatched before I chased but it wasnt.

The Royal Mail link I was sent doesn't work and the items don't seem to be dispatched. I paid extra for Next Day to have them before Friday- which seems now impossible...

I fail to understand why CS replies take more than 24 hours- it's unacceptable.

Avoid this company!! They are total scammers!! They have taken my money and I have not received my order that was placed 3 months ago. I’ve sent countless emails and I have still not had a reply as to where my order is! I can now see lots of customers have experienced the same problem. Their customer service is shocking! To take money and then not even reply with an explanation as to where my order is, is totally disgusting! This company should no longer be allowed to operate.

First communication was amazing and quick, however suddenly they’ve stop to reply and i’ve still hasn’t received my order or a refund. Shocking how a brand like that can just ignore customers, i don’t mind waiting for the order however a reply would be the minimum! I work at an online brand and customers are ALWAYS our priority and we go above and beyond.

I wouldn’t even give this brand a single star if I could help it. My experience with Another Version has been nothing short of disastrous.

I placed a substantial order with the promise of Next Day Delivery, and it took weeks to arrive with zero updates along the way. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was completely ignored time after time.

As mentioned in other reviews, they’re just a stone’s throw away from being outright scammers.

When the items finally arrived, I was appalled to find loose threads, stains and holes on several pieces, the quality is shocking, so I returned the lot!

I would have been better off shopping at my local high street store.

Definitely don’t bother wasting your money on this brand and shop at “ANOTHER” place. You’re not getting the quality for the price tag nor the service.

Dreadful company and service! Will never use these scammers again. Bought with good intentions not to receive anything for weeks with no explanation. Customer service is diabolical and don’t count on getting your money back. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Placed an order in the sale for two jumpers. Paid my money and received a confirmation email saying the order had been received and another email would be sent once dispatched. The email also said that during sale times, orders could take up to 10 days to be dispatched. Waited 10 days, no email, so I contacted AV to ask about my order to be told that they didn't have the stock to fulfil the order and that I wouldn't be receiving any goods. I have questioned if I hadn't contacted them, would I ever have received correspondence. Waiting for my confirmation that I will be refunded in the coming days.

Update: no answer to my email asking for confirmation of refund and for a member of senior management to get in touch. Emailed again asking for confirmation to be told that still no one had actioned my refund but that my email would be escalated by Monday. I have raised a fraud claim with my bank.

I had a problem with my order. Within few hours it was all solved. They were super nice and helpful. They provided me with all the information that I needed. I will for sure buy from them again

With Evri having lost my parcel I emailed AV and within an hour I got an email back reassuring me they’ll look into this.
They sent out a replacement straight away and even changed couriers so I wouldn’t have the worry of using Evri. I’d definitely buy from them again in the future.

Courtney was pleasant and very responsive. Quick too. Thank you for sorting out my order.

Horrendous return process.
Returned immediately upon delivery due to the colour not suiting me. No contact from the company to say they had received item ect. I then emailed to chase refund (as all other returns I did that day had been refunded weeks before) to be told they didn’t receive my parcel till after the 14 day cut off. Unfortunately the parcel shop had given me a receipt for someone else’s parcel so therefore had no tracking details. Hilarious because I was out of the country the day after I retuned items. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Will never purchase again.

Upon accidentally writing my wrong email address in for an order with AV, I wrote the customer service team to help rectify this issue. Courtney was quick at responding and extremely helpful in sorting this issue out for me. Thank you so much again.

Love their products! Such soft and comfortable fabric. Customer service is very professional and helpful. I ran into a problem with the order and Courtney at the service team sorted it out without any delay. She was very professional and kind. Definitely recommend their company!well done

The customer service team is AMAZING. They reply super fast and really help you. The fabric from the tops and leggings are amazing aswell! I would really recommend ordering from this website!

The customer service team are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to assist you, Especially Courtney! She went out of her way to track down my parcel and even gave me next day delivery for free as my order was behind schedule due to high demand!

Although Evri lost my parcel, Another Version were extremely helpful. My emails were responded to quickly and Another Version were more than helpful in sorting me out with a replacement order. Will definitely continue to use Another Version. Also the quality of product is great!

Appreciation Post 🥰 the quality of there clothing is just unreal and the colours, styles are for all seasons and just so flattering to wear! The customer service i received was brilliant, I placed my order and sent an email right after I was responded to so quick and the girls could not have helped me enough. So thank you! Xx
