Great first experience, very poor second
I have a few pairs of their socks and I really like them. I love the colours and the quality seems first rate. However, my second order didn't arrive and there has been no explanation from the company hence the poor review
I would increase from one to two stars as this was refunded several weeks after I placed the order. However, I only found this out from my bank statement and I received no explanation or apology.
