My experience of ordering from Ann Laing was a little complicated as I was ordering from Vancouver, Canada. Nonetheless, I felt as if Ann were my neighbour next door in terms of responsiveness, thoughtfulness and creativity. She made a glorious English garden handtie for our cousin's memorial service and was kind enough to email an image of the completed arrangement beforehand. My thanks to Ann for going beyond expectations both in service and in creativity.
