They don’t deliver on their delivery promises
During this hard time I wanted to support a small business and not but from a big box store but now I’m learning the hard way why I should have gone the Amazon route instead (trust me - I hate myself for saying that) I ordered a sink on 11/10 website indicated it would be in stock and would be delivered by 11/13. I got an email indicating that they were out of the sink I wanted on 11/12. I called that same day to indicate I would accept that sink and requested a price match indicating I would accept the replacement because I needed the sink this week. I had to follow up a few times to ask for the tracking number. I finally get it on 11/19- a week later only for find out when I track it on 11/21 that only a label was created and that my sink has not shipped yet. Disappointed as I wonder if they realize that the reason I indicated I needed the sink was because of strict timelines for a home renovation. In any case I am hoping I can update this review with something positive but at this rate and what I read on their Facebook site I’m not optimistic.
