I am sharing this feedback to offer a fresh perspective on our experience today. My daughter and I travelled quite far because we truly needed food support, but we were turned away. We did not get angry, as we know the staff did not mean any harm, but it highlighted a lack of understanding about how critical this help is. Sometimes routines make teams forget the real-world urgency behind each request. We did not come to beg, but to seek assistance, and I hope this comment helps the manager and employees look at their daily service with fresh eyes.
