Delivery was fast and was made by FedEx so I could track the delivery and would know when to expect it. I had questions so I reached out to the customer service. My email was answered promptly and I had answers to everything I asked.

The products are first class and I love them.
The service is a desaster. When I write emails I get answers back, in case I get an answer back, days ago,, sometimes I get one, when being lucky, when I write my questions again as a reminder.
Secondly, everything, even here when I am asked to give a constructive comment, is in French only, you cannot even copy and paste and translate this here in this box to get a translation. Rather oldfashioned
