I ordered 5 dresses on April 9 2020


I ordered 5 dresses on April 9, 2020, and I still haven't received them. They kept using the excuse of COVID-19 and that the dresses were handmade, etc., but now several years have passed. I don't think I will ever get them, and it still makes me upset when I think about it. I am still shocked at how a Muslim woman with Muslim employees can take other people's money like that.

DO NOT shop at Annah Hariri

Such a disappointment, I place an order for a couple of dresses in August 2023 only to receive an email in September 2023 stating the dresses were no longer in stock. My money was taken and their customer service have been ignoring my request for a refund ever since! I have scrutinised my bank statements and even spoken to the bank manager who confirmed no refund was issued. I would never shop on this website again and I'm warning all you prospective shoppers to avoid disappointment. It is so unexpected to have a muslim business dwindling people out of their money. The company is a stain on Islam!

Would give it -10 stars if I could

Would give it -10 stars if I could. I placed my order in August of 2020 and still haven't recieved it, 4 years later, despite money being withdrawn from my account. I contacted customer service numerous times with no luck (via phone, email, Contact Us form online, Whatsapp, Instagram DMs, etc.). Now I'm out >$100 with nothing to show for it. Tried reporting it to my bank as fraud back in 2020 but conveniently for this company the period to do so had elapsed. I tried calling and emailing again a few days ago thinking maybe they cleaned their act up, but still no reply

A very untrustworthy business

A very untrustworthy business - I placed an order, they took my money, and never sent the goods. Customer service was unhelpful. Eventually gave up. To have 75% of trustpilot ratings as 1 - the worst rating - tells you a lot.

Worst customer service ever..

Worst customer service ever... I have made the mia stake of placing an order for a dress. It arrived with broken zipper. I have been trying to return the dress for the last 3 weeks. At first, they were replying to my emails requesting me to return the dress at my own expense, then offered store credit, then totally disappeared. They stopped answering my emails, chat option is a scam and I have no idea how will I get my money back. I have never encountered such issues with any online orders I have made with different companies and I order a lot online. This was my first experience with this company and definitely the LAST, for me and anyone I know.

Greatly disappointed

I don't normally write reviews but this company has left me incredibly frustrated and sad. I thought since Annah herself claims to be a revert (like myself) that she would run a good and honorable business but I am very disappointed.

I ordered my dress around 4 years ago and have never received it. I emailed them many times, always got a generic email back about COVID even well after it was over. It was always a new person emailing me back, and then eventually they just stopped replying.

I long since gave up getting my order but I hope to save someone else from making this mistake. The website still says 'biggest sale ever' as it has been doing for over FOUR YEARS! That is why I bought from them because I otherwise couldn't afford their dresses but it was clearly too good to be true. Do NOT let their sale tactics fool you, they are not selling anything. You will not receive anything. They will take your money and leave you in the lurch.

I even asked for a refund and got NO response.

DO NOT BUY!!!!

This is a terrible company and a disgrace to Islam. She should stop talking about her being a revert because Islam does not support cheating or stealing. She is definitely not a Muslim but someone just covering her head to deceive people!
I ordered 10 dresses from her in July 2020. Only 1 dress was delivered and I never received the other 9 dresses till date (US78289). She kept making videos and sending messages that production was slow due to Covid and she didn't want to close her store because she was helping Syrian refugees whom she had employed. Obviously, all that was a lie because even after Covid, they kept making same excuses and at some point stopped responding to emails and calls.
Annah Hariri needs to be arrested for fraud! She should not be allowed to do business in United States or anywhere else. I will report her business to business bureau and I beg everyone to do same! She needs to be stopped from cheating others

WALLAH, PLEASE BE RIGHTEOUS MUSLIM BUSINESS!

My undelivered orders has been long due for more than 4 years (ORDER NUMBERS US96599 and US57622). I have reached out several times but customer service never finalized store credits to my account to substituting 6 dresses that never came.

I talked to Annah herself via her Instagram chat last November 2023 and she claimed I can get store credits for next purchases!

Your customer service team just replied one time asking my confirmation to get store credits and I already replied it, but then the email about store credits never replied again!

Please be righteous muslim business and give my rights!! I wanted to believe Annah is good woman who always advocates about Palestine in her IG and wants to take halal money, so please don’t be the reasons people talking about your business were scam and unrighteous!!

Thieves!!!

I wish I could give them a zero. I ordered 4 dresses and never received them. At first I was told through email that they were delayed but after a couple of months they stopped responding. I have never received my dresses and customer service ignores all my emails. They used our money to recover from Covid. Horrible and unprofessional. They don’t care about their customers.

I demand a resolution for the issue I am facing with my order. I ordered 15 dresses, but only 9 were delivered, and the quality of the dresses is poor. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care through WhatsApp and email, I have not received any response. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

I ordered in march then received a very poor finishing dress returned them and received an email said that we approved your return and issued a refund. They refused to give me the refund and offer a store credit. However, I tried to contact them to get that store credit but they never answered. Save your money and don't buy from them😡

Anna Hariri Scam

This company is actually the worst. After years they finally sent me a voucher after not refunding me for a failed order. I could not use the voucher and the email I received a response from is no longer in use so I cannot reply.

Please avoid. Terrible for a Muslim company to have such service.

Scam Alert

I wish could rate 0 to this fraud company. I ordered some pieces in August 2023 which I never received. Upon inquiry they said we are having some issues regarding warehouse and also having system glitches due to which your order was automatically cancelled, but we will refund the money. Till today I am waiting for the refund.
Moreover they are not replying to my emails now.
This company should be banned.

Great experience - not like other reviews

I purchased an abaya from this company, and after purchasing it, read the reviews online and was very worried it would be a really bad experience. On the contrary, it was great! I got a shipping confirmation the day after my purchase, it arrived in 10 days, and the quality and material was as described. And yes, the sleeves were sewn on the right way. Felt the need to write this review to counter all of the terrible reviews online.

Scam company with the worse customer service

I made my order over 2 weeks before I write this review. The original delivery was scheduled for April 1-2nd. When I checked the tracking it never even left China on those dates. Tracking date moved to April 2-5th. Still no package arrived on the scheduled date. I sent an email to the company and got a disrespectful horrible response. This being the first and only time I will ever order from this company I can't believe what a scam this company is. Now I have to call my bank to refund the money. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ever ordered from this trash company. I hope during Ramadan Allah answers my prayers and destroys this "company" completely. Making them fall apart never able to scam anyone else ever again.

When you order a dress that costs 55…

When you order a dress that costs 55 USD plus shipping fees and you recieve a product with a damaged zip, as in the pull tab came off as soon as I tried to unzip it, and they respond by saying they'll give me a refund of $15 to take it to a tailor to have it fixed, you know that the company is a joke! Honestly, why should I have to take it to get it fixed? I didn't pay that much money to then have to go and find someone to fix it for me. Also, tailors aren't cheap and I really doubt that they will be able to fix the top of the zipper without having to change the whole zip. When I told them this, they stopped responding, so I told them that I wanted to return it and asked for a return label. Still waiting for a reply.

I placed an order for the 2nd time a couple of days ago. I was very hesitant to do this due to many negative reviews but also because I had a not perfect experience when I had ordered a dress in 2020 and received another one instead - it was still ok as the size was correct and the dress I had received was beautiful. So as said, I placed the order 2 days ago and ONE DAY LATER I received a shipping confirmation!!! I am thrilled because this seems to be a good sign. Fingers crossed, if I receive my package as promised on time and with the right order, I will order some more, just waiting to see when and what I will receive. Will update once I get it!
