I bought a cute little vintage clip-in wig fringe from Annabelle’s and oh my goodness, the order was everything I wanted and more. It arrived beautifully packaged and came with so many adorable surprise extras (which I won’t spoil, because they deserve to surprise you too!).

I was so impressed that I’ve already placed my second order — a full wig this time — and I’m beyond excited for it to arrive.

Not only was I thrilled with the product itself, but the customer service from Annabelle was absolutely above and beyond. She was so helpful, understanding, and gave me amazing advice throughout the process.

I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for beautiful pieces and genuinely lovely service.

I have lots of pieces from annabelle's wigs, including full wigs, half wigs, a fringe clip in and a pony tail. They're really great quality, especially for the prices. They always come packaged so well and with a sweet hand written note. The customer service is so good, I've accidentally ordered to the wrong address's before and when I told the team, they got back to me straight away and were so kind. If I ever have a question the get back every time to me so quickly. Thank you Annabelle's team so much 💖

Received a product which was not representative of the photos online. The wig I ordered had pre-styled vintage waves and was heavily promoted by a Instagram influencer who claims she is wearing it in many of her photos.

The wig which was sent is horrible, not styled, frizzy and tangled. It is nothing like the photos online.
I reached out for help from Annabelles and they are ignoring me, despite spamming me with marketing emails and requests for a review.

I would honestly give zero stars if I could. I ordered two items and I asked for a colour match, they suggested chestnut brown. One item was a half wig the other a clip on fringe. Both arrived and were the wrong colour, so I emailed to ask for them in a darker shade. Zero response from them, I tried numerous times via email and even via their social media. Not one response. So I posted the items back requesting a refund, and still nothing. Still no response to further emails. I had bought them via Klarna and have had to get them involved to try and get my money back. I would have bought more from them had they just sent the items in the right colour but the customer service is terrible.

Ordered 2 hair pieces and they were the wrong colour. They were posted back recorded delivery but they wouldn’t refund me. Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back in the end.
Their loss as I was going to make an Oder in another colour.

Awful hairpiece, looks like plastic dolls hair, cheap looking tat! You’d be a laughing stock if you were to wear one of these hairpieces out in public! Much better out there for cheaper! AVOID!!

I bought a lace front wig for £65 and it’s the worst wig I have ever bought! I have bought Amazon wigs that are better quality than this. It makes me look like a triangle, I can’t wear it outside, the hair feels awful, it feels like the cheap Halloween wigs you buy for £10/£15.
It’s a waste of my money, I can’t even style it to make it looks better since you can’t use any heat whatsoever on the hair, it’s so shiny but also feels rough at the same time.
I’m trying to get my money back but I’m not holding out hope of getting it back since they don’t seem to reply to messages or emails.
The curls are terrible, the lace front is fine I guess.
Save yourself money and don’t ever buy from this website it’s a scam. All the 5 star reviews must be fake along with the YouTube and instagram reviews.

I ordered a Veronica wig, a wig that’s suppose to be 24in long. And instead was sent a wig that look just like the Dita one. I emailed twice no response so instead I DMd them on Instagram, they said their sorry and that their out of stock and sent Vivienne wigs out by “mistake”. Days pass no refund, I had to email thru PayPal just to get it. Literally the next day suddenly the Veronica wig is back in stock. What the heck man?? The wigs are cheap I’m not gonna lie I don’t think I’ll spend another $60 on synthetic wigs with no lace front, I feel like you could get better wigs on Amazon. Annabelle wigs has horrible customer service. Honestly really be careful when buying from here.

I ordered the Veronica wig. Its length should reach the lower back and should have glam vintage waves. But the reality is that it reached to the collorvone and it looked like a cheap plastic wig for Halloween. The curls are horrible. The hairline looks very unnatural and you could not change the parting. I wrote an e- mail to them, but no answer, no answer on their chat, too. I am so unhappy that I spended so much money for this crap. I would not recommend buying anything from this shop! Also you don't get your money back. So I tried to restyle it, but it was useless

Bought two wigs at a total of £90. One of them (Joy) was fine. Looked like the photo and suitable for 20's murder mystery evenings that I perform in.

However, the other wig (Irina) was a disaster. I wanted it for a 50's period play I'm performing in and needed it to look as natural as possible.

The colour aside, it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. The style and shape was entirely different and was much longer, thicker and curlier than expected. That might actually sound good to some customers and if I was dressing up as 80's Dolly Parton then I would gave been happy, but certainly not for the Grace Kelly vibe I was hoping for.

I'm in the process of trying to style it but with no prior experience I could make a hash of it and have wasted £60.

The only positives were that the colour was fine and not a fake looking blonde and it did not have a shiny synthetic look.

I feel that their wigs are probably quite hit and miss overall.

I ordered two wigs, the Josefina and Molly.

Josefina is okay, even though the color isnt exactly as I expected. But Molly is absolutely terrible! It was described as a dark purple and it looked beautiful on the website. When i got it it was a mix of purple and a horrible grey-brown. The bangs are impossible to style. I'll never get any use of this and I should just throw it out honestly.

When I contacted Annabelle's Wigs I got no reply. I guess I should have expected this as they didn't respond to my message on Instagram before my purchase.

Pathetic and sad. I've been looking at their wigs for many years now. I trusted a few individuals who I'd seen wear Annabelle's wigs on Instagram so I finally bought one. I lost alot of my hair due to lupus and pcos and wanted bettie bangs like my real hair before. Spent more $ on one wig than I usually do on synthetic lace fronts here in the US. Shipping to the states means having package shipped to Germany or Norway to some parcel service then shipment goes to the US. (What?!). After awhile, wig arrived in an envelope that contained nothing else. The wig ended up being a cheap Halloween wig you could prob wear a few times only. Couldn't comb it within the first 5 mins. Shedding like crazy!! And can't take indirect low heat or heat of any kind!! I cried a little. I admit it. Absoute disappointment. I emailed them to tell them about it and that I felt they should have on their site something about how these are not daily wigs at all, not even cosplay quality. Save your money Honey. Go to online wig shops

My wig was absolutely beautiful, great quality and super comfortable to wear.
I wanted a natural ginger and I have received so many compliments with this one!

Every single wig I’ve had from Annabelleswigs has been amazing quality & value for money! You get SO MUCH HAIR! One of the only wig stores I’ve come across with gorgeous retro styled wigs that need no styling before wearing. Shipping is always fast & reliable, never had any issues, it’s a pleasure every time and I can’t wait to keep growing my collection!

This is my second wig that I purchased. I have purchased other more expensive wigs however I love the way Anabella wigs fit me. I am not the one who do a lot of customizing to my wigs. I found Anabella wigs to need very little customizing. Already looking for my next Anabella purchase.

I’m onto my third wig from these guys and they still look amazing! The styles are actually retro and COOL. They sit well when worn and are the best I’ve found on the market for their value. I always get lots of compliments when I wear them. They far outdo any other brand and I’ll always opt for this company by a country mile for their range!

I bought one of your pixie wigs a while ago and it still looks like it did when I first saw it in my mailbox! Honestly, the quality and the fact that I don't even feel like I'm wearing a wig is amazing! Can't wait to have a little collection of your products! Keep on rocking 💚
