lost my order and refuse to tell me
What this company is doing is unacceptable. It's been a month since I've been waiting for my order, and nothing. My order has already crossed the entire world, almost arrived in my city, and when I thought it was finally going to arrive, it was RETURNED. And for sure, this order was lost. However, they don't want to tell me. And that's why they're delaying delivery. I demand that they rectify this situation. I will take legal action.
