I usually don’t leave a review let alone a negative one but felt compelled to do so. I agree with the last negative reviewer with Anisa being a complete dubious operation. I also spent almost $200 on brushes/multiple sets and wanted to return one of the sets (two brushes); all of which were open but not used. I’ve reached out to customer service, and they wrote back “we accept returns of unused and unopened cosmetic brushes”. I’ve written back that the packages were open, but none of the brushes were used. I told them that this is a strange policy because how do you know what you are getting unless you open to examine the look and feel? I had to open to know, and each brush is individually wrapped in paper package that you tear out the seal. These are not cheap brushes and I’m just starting out as beginner, so I don’t need that many brushes to begin with. They should really express that with the return policy on their website. This was my first purchase with Anisa, and I have to say that I was disappointed.

A completely dubious operation. I wanted to return one of the items and they wrote back they dont accept returns. V different from what was said when they sold to me. Avoid.

Spent over $200 on a full set of brushes and a brush cleaner and the order received was totally incorrect and I received the 3 brush face set. I have emailed and contacted through the chat support and am now getting ignored despite being told it had been escalated. Because they aren't responding this makes me feel very leery that they are not going to resolve and I only have a certain length of time to report them to my credit card company which I will be doing today.

Nonexistent customer service. I have a problem with one of the brushes I received with order # 52088 and they have not responded to either email that I sent. Do not use this company, they will ghost you if you have a problem.

This was my first order. I ordered a Buffering Bronzer brush, a Pinnacle foundation brush, and a Quick Dry Brush Cleaner, but instead of a dry cleaner, I received a liquid brush soap. I contacted CS via email and they answered in 2 days saying that they will resend me an item I originally ordered, and I can leave a soap. So I am grateful to Anisa Beauty for making it right without any issues.
Also, I love the brushes. They are well-made, soft, perform as I expected, and look beautiful.
