My last Order from nearly 4 weeks ago was the beginning….
Theo sent me the complete wrong product with wrong quantity
As a good Customer, i made pictures and contacted them.
They Said they would compensate wehen i send the Product back to the adress they provided…
Short Story:
I Sent it back. Until now: „they say they received nothing“
Ok. At the end i dont care pretty much if they want to troll me but they didnt Even Sent my normal Order to me !!
So at the end: I have Not MY ORDER and i was stupid enough to Sent the wrong stuff back.
Renaining nothing and no Money back!
Stupid move ! Was Not my fault that they Sent the wrong stuff .
Customer Support and deliverytime is Bad ( if you Receiver anything what you actually oedered. And at the end ist your fault !

Ordered 8 items. 10 days later received 7 items and 1 sample. Wrote to support that 1 was missing and asked if there is refund for the missing item. Few days later received new email with tracking for the missing product. Didn't even have to send picture to "proof" of missing item. No drama. Very satisfied with the quality of items and service. Will order again. Feeling like I was 20 year old truck driving coal miner again back in 1775
