Horrible Customer Service
Cool products, but horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order or rather to change it. First they were answering really fast and were really helpful and confirmed that the item can and would be exchanged. After the wrong one arrived I tried to contact them multiple times, and they didn't even bother to reply. So I just threw almost 100 € out of the window. I am really disappointed.

Don’t trust the delivery estimation
Don’t trust the delivery estimation on the website ! I ordered 2 hoodies blankets that were set to arrived on the 12th December according to the website, they haven’t arrived yet! And the package is still blocked in China. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but won’t arrived before I leave. So disappointed

Subpar quality and bad customer support
Duvet cover took way longer to arrive than advertised. Design looks nice, but thats really the only saving grace here... it is sewn really poorly, with strands of twine coming off on multiple spots. Also got a different size than what was listed in my order. I was told that it was written falsely in the store and that it "actually is the correct size" so I should just suck it up. Not even offered a partial refund for THEIR mistake in the listing.
Customer support sucks, they asked multiple times what is wrong when i clearly stated it in the first email, and ended up not even helping in the end... they couldn't even spell my name correctly. Will definitely not be ordering again
