I ordered some shoes and a sweatshirt

I ordered some shoes and a sweatshirt. The items took a bit to come in and when I got them the shoes were great but they gave me a construction orange sweatshirt instead of beige. I contacted them and they were nice at first saying they can send the right sweatshirt that I ordered or a 40% money back. Well I said I would like the sweatshirt I originally ordered and asked if they would be sending a return lable then they stopped responding to me.
