Sells counterfeit figurines next to legitimate ones to trick customers into paying too much for knock-offs. Does not offer refunds EVEN when the product was missing a piece and it had been less than 30mins since purchasing the product. Noticed they sold knock offs in December 2020, Still selling them the same way in December 2021, AVOID.

Ordered a couple of anime masks on the…
Ordered a couple of anime masks on the 12th of August but have not received items nor an email of confirmation of the order.
I facebook messaged the company enquiring about my order but they never responded. I tried calling the number on their website but it was disconnected.
I posted on their facebook page but my posts were deleted each time.
Nil customer service and would not recommend to anyone shopping from their online store.
