The Rabbit gin continues to be one of my favourite gins, maybe my actual favourite gin out there! It’s an absolute pleasure to drink. Smooth and refreshing and beautifully made.

Tasting the Rabbit Gin is the finest of G&T experiences. The slight sweetness of the dry gin is exquisite whilst botanical such as cardamom, Kazbek hops, Sichuan green pepper and magnolia berries compliment towards a balanced, full body flavour.

Ever since I got a chance to meet with Eva and Lukas the founders of this gin I felt in love with them.
Honesty and determination proved what their values are and that they were not willing to compromise quality by doing shortcuts. This gin, its story it’s founders and gin itself is a solid form of love and passion Eva and Lukas wanted to share with every individual out there.

It might be a cliche to say but this gin is stunningly tasty. Fresh, herbaceous, green and peppery on the nose. Thick dense texture where notes of Sichuan pepper tingle your palate and herbal notes of hops are highlighted with generous sweetness of grapefruit. Juniper aftertaste at the end. Simply delicious especially when having naked martini with few drops of electric bitters with olive or lemon twist or whether you prefer your gin and tonic have it 1 part gin 3 parts tonic and long peel of grapefruit you will fall in love immediately.

The bottle goes quickly I can tell. ❤️
