Terribly disappointed with the service :-(

I was quite disappointed with the services provided by Anicura clinic in Belgium. I first got in touch with the clinic on 5/2/2024 and then again on 7/2/2024. My 2 year old dog had something appearing to look like a papilloma in the groin area, which increased in size several times in a 2 week period. Since she previously had a papiloma on her tongue as a puppy, I assumed that she might need surgery this time too. At first, I reached out to Anicura and attempted to schedule an emergency appointment with a veterinarian dermatologist to determine if the growth was indeed a papiloma. The person I talked to told me that I would need to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with the dermatologist. I believed that the issue was urgent and I made the decision to go to the first veterinarian that was available at the clinic closest to our house and the appointments they had there. The appointment that took place on 9/2/2024 in Sint-Jansplein was a good experience. Upon inspection of the dog, the veterinarian told us that he believes that the growth is a benign tumor. We agreed to take the first available appointment, which was in Brasschaat on 12/2/2024. Surgery was performed on the dog and a biopsy confirmed that it had a papilloma. In the upcoming two weeks, it seems that the wound is healing well. Three weeks after the surgery, dogs wound started looking red. To me, it appeared like an infection or a hematoma. I sent an email with a photo and tried scheduling an appointment again on 8/03 in Sint-Jansplein. They told me that there are no possible appointments in Sint-Jansplein because the doctor is booked. I proposed to wait in the Sint-Jansplein waiting room for as long as necessary and adjust to the doctors' availability. I was informed that I need to go to Brasschaat to have my dog examined before the weekend. I didn't have a possibility to come to Brasschaat and I decided to find another doctor in the city center because I didn't like the lack of responsibility and flexibility that was displayed. This whole experience made me feel really unappreciated, and I hope that they don't normally behave like that with their patients and their families and I am leaving a review so that future clients know what they are signing up for.
