The product was ordered and I choose to visit the premises without making any advance notice of when I would be visiting. Upon arrival, the item was immediately available and received.

I received the correct items, well packaged, RM tracked 24, 9 days after placing the order. The reason I have not given 5 is there was absolutely no communication between placing the order to receiving it. First I knew something was happening was a RM email that a parcel was to be delivered, but from who ? Nine days of concern that I had been had, but all turned out ok, thank you Angles of Tamworth. Please communicate with your customers.

I purchased times two products from this company, and I asked them before I ordered is the products were sealed I receive the products yesterday and they were both unsealed and resealed again.

I called the manger to see what they could do in regards to this. They were rude and swearing at me and put the phone down.

I’m not happy with them being on sealed as it is a personal product and CUSTOMER SERVICE here is shocking

UPDATE: The owner was rude and was swearing and was saying ‘’ Do you know who i am in a threatening manner to which I replied, is that a threat”

Was looking for something that lovehoney no longer stocked and came across this great little site. Had the items in stock so had to go for it. Check out process Was quick and easy. They had to refund me for an item they did not have in stock. It only took a few days but the did as they promised and sorted the refund so meny thx. Will definitely use u again in the future.

Everything seemed to be good but my parcel wasn’t delivered for 4weeks so wasn’t over the moon about that part of the service but believe it was the Royal Mail’s fault.
