Too late now as the site is down, but yes, me too lost my money after waiting for a month and never received my order!
The money was taken but the goods never arrived. The site is down, no one answers the email.

Shame we can't give -minus stars for theft and fraud. Why give them even 1 star???

Do not purchase from them, not legitimate as I bought set of books and not arrived but charged me £40.
Do not respond to emails at all and no other way to contact them.
STAY AWAY

Fraud! I wish I had read the reviews first. I bought a set of books for my daughter as a present and it never arrived. I still haven't heard back from them.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!! I ordered a pack of nanobebe soothers from here December the 8th, I received an email that week saying item dispatched but they never arrived. I emailed and they said to check with neighbours etc but didn't give me any tracking information. They then said they would send out a replacement. After a few weeks I emailed and they said they were having trouble getting hold of the stock I would have to wait 7-10 days. After 3 weeks I emailed several times to see what was happening with my replacement (at this time the same soothers were available to purchase on their site). I kept being ignored, at the end of January I put a complaint in with Shopify and sent 1 more email explaining I was taking this further if I didn't receive both a response and a refund!! I did manage to get a refund in February. Those soothers are still showing as available to buy!! After looking elsewhere, I have found out nanobebe are not stocked in the UK anymore so how they are advertising them is a mystery!! Do not buy from here.

This is a fake company. I experienced the same thing as everyone else. I ordered the Baby Bjorn Bouncer for 286.-
I received an email that they shipped my order, however I never received it! I reached out to them and a person called Marc got back to me saying that they will ship another item. This never happened!
Do not order from them! It’s fraud!

I wish I'd looked on here first. I NEVER normally order anything online without either using PayPal or my credit card. But I was in a rush and forgot to change my payment method so I have lost £75 for a set of books o ordered in December. They have responded to my emails saying they have arranged replacements but won't give tracking details. So disappointed in them and myself for being so stupid.

i ordered set of books, early december, it is now jan 28,2025they took 140.00 of my credit card still have not received , sent multiple emails.

Scam site.

If I could give no star, it would be better.
I ordered in June, but still haven’t got my order. I paid €110 and for me that is a lot of money. I feel scammed. I did send them some emails but no response whatsoever. My order is still confirmed and they are making it ready… 🤦🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️.

Just do not order here.

I lost close to 110 pounds for a Bridgerton set. 6 weeks gone and no response

Scam website, it took them 3 weeks to dropship me an item from Amazon (arrived in Amazon packaging) and they don’t honor the return and refund process outlined on their site. I’ve been trying to return my item for a month now however they will not provide return details - I imagine because that would confirm they have just ordered my item from their Amazon account. Many of their listings are word for word copied from Amazon with a 200% markup. Email responses are designed to placate you but they make no attempt to help you. Don’t be tempted, this is not a real shop.

DO NOT purchase anything from Angelsherald.com website, it is a scam. I ordered a book set, it said it was sent, but the function on the website to track it never functioned. I emailed, they said they will get back to me and never did, despite multiple follow up emails. They will take your money and send you nothing. AVOID!

I ordered a box set of One piece books from Angels Herald April 3rd 2024. Before ordering I checked Trust Pilot but they had no reviews yet. I knew it was a bit risky but my son’s birthday is coming up and his only wish were nowhere to be found in any Danish stores, so I decided to take the chance.

I quickly received an order confirmation and soon after a mail that my order was shipped. Everything seemed fine.

April 25th I still hadn’t received my order, so I wrote to Angels Herald. They answered shortly after that they would look into it and get back to me within 2 days. They even said that in case my purchase was lost, they would send me a new one, so I should not worry.

It is now may 7th and I haven’t heard anything from them since. I have tried calling them on the phone. It goes straight to voicemail and doesn’t sound like a voicemail from an online shop. I have sent them about 5 mails and received no answer. I have told them that I am a single mother and that I cannot afford to just wast this much money and go out and buy a new birthday present for my son.

They obviously don’ care - but then again it is not their son who will be heartbroken!
