I want nothing more than to support a fellow Estonian artist that brings awareness to forgotten goddesses and mythologial creatures. Truly.
But she was sketchy all along.
I ordered a commission to which she replied several weeks later (upon further interrogation) saying my mail was lost in spam.
Then she kept delaying my commission due to bad health. Then she sent me a sketch - it was nice but after I had sent her my notes she just refunded me and abandoned the project.
It was more than two months of hoping for something that never happened. She may have had health issues but she led me on for too long, and from the start she didn't ever seem very interested in making the commission at all.

Bought the wheel of year umbrella for 30€ (without delivery). The site advertises the creator as an estonian artist, but some (most?) of the products come from China. The art is cool, but the quality is way too cheap, Gods, I used my umbrella 3 times and the drawing already began to vanish. I finally paid almost 80€ to receive a plastic crap not even made in Europe. I expected something else, something better. Won't recommend to anyone. Objectively, you buy some chinese plastic, it takes forever to arrive and it is weak.
But subjectively, this is pretty. Now you know what you are buying at what price.

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Anetteprs! The two altar statues I received—Goddess Hecate and Goddess Lilith—are beyond stunning. The products are cute and look like the pictures. The delivery time is a bit long and it confused me that they send the order in three seperate packages. When I had a problem with one of the deliveries, the customer service was friendly, fast and correct. I had to pay a customs fee to be able to accept my package. After providing a proof of payment, they paid me back the unexpected fee. Very happy with the items and might order more.

Great ornaments but postage timing is very bad. Ornaments are simple resin and I was charged via a UK site in pounds then to have import tax added making my £40 purchase over €100 but the value on the postage was €20 declared by sender. After querying this I was very very cross to not get an answer. Wanted to complete the collection but felt the tax added at checkout plus shipping was inaccurate and cheeky as it was sent from Estonia within the EU to Ireland (as per tracking) and not the UK as the website was in pounds at the time I ordered for some reason. Unfortunately won’t trust this site again due to this fact as not getting an answer when querying a cost that shouldn’t be incurred is very untrustworthy.
