On a number of occasions I have send emails to aneso complaining about horrible noise coming from the solar system I have had engineers out to hear the noise but of course they can't hear anything I have been in contact with Jade but she says she that the report that she has got back from the engineers that they CANT here anything I wish that someone COULD sort sort this out it has been over a year now I'm at my wits end I'm dirperved of sleep I haven't had a good night sleep in over year could someone help I'm desperate.

We have recently bought a house with solar panels looked after by Anesco. We have tried to contact them regarding general agreement and usage information but have not had a response after a week. Very unimpressed that they can't even respond to generic questions and not a very professional way to impress new clients.

we have anesco solar panels on our roof. 5 weeks ago at their calling an enginneer came to the house and said the invertor was faultiy and needed repairing. He removed it, took it away and said he woud replace it in 3 weeks. Since then no contact. I have left over 10 meesages on their customer service number ( which diverts to a mobile) over 10 times and have emailed them as many. Noting, zilch, nada. All I want is our panels back working. I appreciate life is different at the moment but if other large companies can provide a reasonable service from home, Why cant you.
