I really wanted to like Andy's Drinks, but unfortunately my experience turned into a month-long exercise in frustration.

It started with my order arriving with several coffee boxes completely smashed. To be fair, after I contacted customer service they refunded the damaged coffee without much discussion, so credit where credit is due.

The real disappointment, however, started with the invoicing.

I had returned bottles earlier, so I had a deposit balance (Andy Credits) on my account. Instead of withdrawing that money to my bank account, I simply used my own deposit money to pay for a new coffee order.

So far, so good.

When I received the invoice, every product had a price of €0.00, the total was €0.00, and there was no indication that the products had actually been paid using my Andy Credits. As a business customer, this means I have an invoice showing I bought exactly... nothing.

When I asked for a corrected invoice, I received an explanation saying that because I paid with Andy Credits, the invoice should indeed be €0.00. They compared it to paying with a gift card or wallet balance.

That comparison completely misses the point.

If you buy €65 worth of products with a gift card, the invoice is still for €65. The payment method changes, not the value of the goods. An invoice should show what was sold and how it was paid, not pretend the products were free.

The discussion went on for almost a month without a solution. The response that surprised me most was:

"We have been doing this like this for 2 years for 1000's of customers so it would have been an issue before..."

That is a very odd argument. Doing something for two years doesn't automatically make it correct. If anything, it just means thousands of customers may have received invoices in the same format without noticing.

I wasn't asking for free products. I wasn't asking for extra credit. I simply wanted an invoice showing the actual value of my purchase, paid using the deposit money that already belonged to me.

Customer service remained friendly throughout, but the communication around the invoice was disappointing. Instead of trying to understand the concern, they repeatedly explained why €0.00 was supposedly correct.

A shame, because the concept behind Andy's Drinks is great. But good products are only part of the experience. Accurate administration and taking customer concerns seriously matter just as much.

Update (08/08/2026) They have tried their best to resolve the issue since the complaint. And I have the correct invoice now.

Avoid this business: paid but never delivered

After two failed delivery attempts, a crate of beer that I had already paid for still has not been delivered. During the first attempt, the driver simply forgot to bring the crate. During the second, the delivery was cancelled before any attempt was even made. I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and its customer support, which has been unable to provide a solution, whether through completing the delivery or issuing a refund. To make matters worse, they do not even respond to customer emails and have no phone number. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this business.
