One of the bike was damaged when we got it. They were very prompt about helping get the parts to us with not much wait time

The bike actually went together very easy. It does take some common sense but take your time and think it through and you will be very pleased with it. The hardest part for me was getting the battery off. I was shocked at the size.it is not a toy. I am very pleased with this bike.

It’s a good bike. I also own a Wallke pro max and this bike out of the box was way more comfortable that my pro max. Over all impressed with the bike. It looks nice too. Some bikes look nerdy, but this one turns heads. Please keep the blue color scheme it is a nice blue

Andskyebike has the absolute best after sales customer service of any company I have come across in my 75 yrs on the planet. Emily, has gone overboard to help me with minor product issues and more importantly has helped me 3 separate times to acquire and receive help and products that are not standard, but I wanted to upgrade my Apex 50.

Received my apex50 and was astonished at the size and weight of the box, I have never seen anything that was packed in such a way to protect everything possible 5🌟my god is that box heavy, unpacked and laid everything out then watched a u tube video of the assembly of the bike which was brilliant as you can go through each stage and pause etc the look and feel of the bike seems very well made and robust( heavy), accessories are good with everything like rack bag,pump,waterproof phone holder,water bottle rack, lock which I would upgrade to a better quality, I could keep writing on and on but overall I’m very impressed with the quality,design and price of the apex50. 5/12/2025 just been out and 35 mph( private land) awesome

Very happy with the bike and andsky. The bike came with a faulty motor and andsky shipped me a new one swiftly. While this bike is VERY heavy, its very comfortable and performs very well

Bike is great. But rear rack has twice broken. Have the extra rack mounted battery and both racks broken in the same place

problems within 10 km with no drive to rear motor. Emily from customer service was great .I have had to disassemble the rear of bike and install new rear motor. this did not remedy the problem, now I have to disassemble crank assembly to install new controller to make this bike work properly hopefully.i do not feel this is a fair thing for me to do with a brand new bike, as I have spent 6 hrs trying to fix this brand new bike. I feel just sending out parts and expecting the customer to DEAL WITH IT is not right. now I have a new bike in parts on my work bench that I can't ride .looking forward to your response

I love it. Already drove over 200km and still love it.

Assembling was a bit tedious.

Range is lower than what they advertise. If i use PAS3/5 i can only do around 65 ish km distances.

Overall i enjoy the ride. I recommend it.

My 52 volt battery will not fully charge, when the charger goes from red to green. I check the battery and it says it is not fully charged or I got a used battery.
