Amazing company and stock! Sent 2 items back as they were too small but the quality was amazing. Cannot fault the service, received my refund notification and funds back quickly also.

I’m still waiting on a refund for an item that I never received. Please beware. I keep sending emails but this has gone on for a month. I’ll never buy from them ever again.

Do not buy anything from this company. I returned two dresses and they owe me €356 and won’t reply to any of my emails in the last month and have sent emails previously to me to tell me the return has been processed and I haven’t received any refund. Avoid this site at all costs!!!!Do not buy anything from them.

Extremely untrustable store with bad customer service. As a fact they don’t have phone number?! Scammers. Was waiting for my order almost 6 months, arrived 1 item out of 3. Nobody contacted from them. Asked them about refund for items which I didn’t receive, till today is not been refunded.
Do not trust this store.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to deal with this company, if you could even call it one. Numerous emails sent beginning with delayed delivery. I had to follow up that they received the dress back and now will not send on proof of a refund. This is ongoing since April. I’m no longer getting their automated email back which leads me to believe I am blocked. I will be opening a claim against them now as emailing will get you no where. Don’t believe the good reviews, it is not worth the hassle!!!!

Where do I start. Firstly their sizing is a joke. Unless your between a 6 and 8 stay clear! I am a 10,ordered a dress and it was too small so I returned it only to be told I was outside my return period. Which was ridiculous, but anyway with no mail to say so I had to chase it up I eventually got store credit so ordered again and only half my order arrived. Dress which I ordered, a large, their biggest size!
Was still too small, I mean a joke! No sign of jacket, had to get in contact again and they said they would refund me and the only refunded €4.92 when it cost €59 after several mails. Still out my money! Stay away from this site!!!! Horrible dealing with them now since January it’s been painful

Do not recommend!! SCAM! Emailed this company to find out if the had an item I wanted to order in stock, they were very quick and friendly in their responses even sent images of the dress in a different colour so I went on to order the dress. When delievered it was completely different to the dress I ordered online, not even similar it was a cheap replica, poor quality, fabric, different shape, colour and pattern the whole thing is terrible. Reached out to them to inform them that I wasn’t happy and since then I’ve had slow replies which have now turned into no replies. The dress in question was the Delina dress although that makes no difference as now from looking around the internet on other peoples experiences it seems they’ve this issue with all their items. The dress they sent me is on Shein for 14.99. Went to return the parcel and it cost me £10.80 to ship back to them. Bought through PayPal so I will be opening a case with them but know this will be a long process to scrape back what I paid. Even if you think it might not happen to you or because they have celebrity followers means nothing. Do not trust this website honestly more hassle than it is worth.

Edited to add: company got in contact morning after I posted review and from then stated they ‘were’ going to offer a refund of the postage paid to return the item but because they had seen the review and dispute I opened with PayPal they decided not too. Also have said they can’t issue my refund because I have dispute opened which PayPal have said is incorrect information and the company is aware that if I closed my dispute with PayPal I’d have no way to get my money back. Paypal have advised not to communicate with this company anymore.

I made an order with this company and after 10 days without shipping confirmation or tracking I emailed the company for an update. I was told the returns team had been in touch with me with no further context and to check my emails(there was no email received)-I immediately spotted a red flag and came onto Trustpilot to check credibility which unfortunately told me all I needed to know. I also wrote a review to reflect this to which I got an instant response clearly annoyed at my review and fobbing me off with a edited ‘screenshot’ to say my eircode had been entered wrong and DPD had returned their parcel-they failed to check I had my original confirmation email with correct shipping & billing address. They’ve ignored correspondence since and I am now perusing refund through my bank and going to follow up with relevant consumer bodies to ensure the scamming of trusting customers to an end and would urge anyone else in a similar position to do the same

I ordered 3 pieces from this website on April 2nd. No sign of my order three weeks later so I emailed them. They said that they had sent me an email (no they did not) and that one of the items was out of stock and they never realised. I replied saying okay send the other two items and refund me that one. They said no problem after chasing up a few more emails. I STILL have not received the two items OR the refund on the one that was out of stock. Completely disgusted with this website.

Dresses are of such good quality and beautiful designs! When making a return, the Andselene team were so helpful, as I had problems from postal companies. The team of Andselene too responsibility of making postal arrangement, and made it so easy for me! They were absolutely brilliant! Will continue to purchase there lovely dresses!

I needed to contact the customer service dept regarding a problem with my order. I was dealt with efficiently and promptly and the colleague I was in touch with could not have been more helpful. Truly first class service.

This company is absolute garbage! I found the same dress on Aliexpress for half the price. Quality is rubbish. Very dodgy. They will ignore you, string you along and claim not to receive returned items so they can fob you off. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered a dress in Jan still not arrived but was apparently send but no details on Tracking. Asked numerous times for a refund was fobbed off again and again. Even a cancellation email was send and a refund would be sent in 10 days
11 business days later still no refund.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible company. Items not as described, cheap crap. Slow delivery. Incompetent customer service. Idiotic. Will not issue a refund so have stolen my money avoid at all costs

Girls are so helpful! Returned an item a week ago as I ordered 2 sizes and enquired yesterday
They got back to me so quickly and send over all return details. Refund back today along with a voucher as a gesture

Shocking service. Still waiting for my order to arrive 3 weeks after placing it online despite the website stating orders to the UK are sent within 15 days. Fobbed off by the company every time I query the delivery. Dress ordered for an event which has now been & gone so dreading having to send it back.. if it ever arrives that is! Never again, avoid at all costs!
