If I could it would have been a zero don't buy this piece of crap complete rip off

These are crooks. They lead you to believe it's safe to buy it as there is a 30 day refund but nowhere did it say it only returns selective data from an iCloud backup so all it returns is synced data and none of my critical data associated with apps.

My old father payed for this service (he is bad at identifying scams) Doesn't work on his Google Pixel 9, and they won't give my poor old father a refund even though there is money back guarantee. My old father now lost some good retirement money.

They are not refunding money, it is a scam

Zero customer service, useless program and it seems they have signed me up for ongoing payments when I click to buy outright with a once off payment.

After paid I've not received any software or any downloads no services

I would recommend everyone stay away from iMyfone Lockwiper (Android) & it's affiliated companies.

I paid for the software to remove Google FRP from multiple android phones (Samsung & Redmi, both of which they claim it would work on) & it didn't do anything.

I have also tried to remove screen lock from iPhone 6s but I also didn't work.

I have contacted customer support for a refund & their excuse was the software didn't work because a hardware issue with my devices.

They thought they could only give me a 30% refund, as a good gesture.

I would have loved if the software had done what they claimed, they would've had a customer for life

I was unable to get my 100% money back guarantee for a refund when I requested it 4-5 hours after purchasing the iMyFone service. iMyFone could NOT fix my phone, saying the problem was in my phone, and not in their software. So beware of FALSE advertising! This applies to android phones too!

After 1 year i forgot my password for my iPhone… i bought today „i lock wiper“ to hack the password without reseting the phone to secure my data. I followed the instructions and at the end it reseted my whole iphone ans i lost all my data, pictures and everything. I payed 30 Euro for something i could do myself… WTH????

Great solution if you are stuck with Google FRP on your phone.

It worked, had a S9 Plus It was locked after a factory reset. Had to fiddle with it at first. They're good about answering questions at customer service.

When I brought the online software to help unlock my phone, it said it would handle the phone version I had. It didn't work with my phone after all. I requested a refund and was offered 50% of my money back. I reached out again and stated the reason why I should get back 100% and the company should do the right thing. Sakara did just that. Customer service is important and Sakara knew that. Thank you for understanding and doing the right thing. I am a grateful customer that would come back the next time with a phone that works with the software program that you have.

Hi guys iMyfone is a good software if you want to brake your Frp lock or screen lock its allows you open you're phone quickly as possible highly recommended.

I got the activation key for LockWiper in two minutes after the purchase. Sakara, a very kind technical support specialist answered my email with my problem in 10 to 15 minutes and provided an easy and quick solution.
So overall very good customer support and an easy to use program!

Great customer service . Sakara was prompt,courteous ,and although I did not initially receive the answer I was looking for, with a few quick emails back and forth the problem was solved to my satisfaction without any hassle or difficulty. You need more people on your team like Sakara. In fact you should give Sakara a raise!!!

The app didn't work the best, but I didn't really have the right phones (weren't officially supported). Another thing I didn't like was that only 5 devices could be unlocked on the highest plan possible.

But their customer service in giving me a refund was much better which is why I am giving a higher review.
