No response to multiple emails. Emails bounce back from the given email address. The address is shown on google as belonging to another company and 3 weeks later I don’t have my order or email confirmation.

It took more than 2 months to receive myfirst order of Resveratrol and NMN ,
I have ordered 29 Feb again some NMN and have tried to send e mails but it seems they change their e mail but neither of these e mails work now !!!

Waiting for weeks. Customer service unreachable. This is a total scam. Can someone please contact me?

My name is Tom. I made an order back in January 15th for my supplements.& it's now march 10th & still nothing.. 2 months of waiting (still) & no communication has been done. I've emailed the support team, nothing. I've called them & either went to answer phone or not available. Shocking & appalling.

I ordered few products the 4th of September 2023. After weeks, I never received anything. I contacted them on their email address. They do not have one of the products in their stock and I have to replace it otherwise I have to wait. I agreed to replace it.
I waited for same time and contacted them again. Now I had to replace an other product because.. they no longer have it.
Finally I received my order. Of course it was the wrong order. I found thre bottles of a supplement that I didn't ask for. And you got it right. I was charged for that.
I returned the products that I don't need. I never received a refund until this day 08th of March 2024. I contacted them many times. Each time they agree to send me back my money. But I don't receive anything.
I contacted them this morning. Apparently they do not receive emails anymore. I received an automatic reply from Google. It says that email adress does not exist.

You might receive your products. You might not.. just do not risk you money.. it is really not worth it

They are not shipping the order, not answering emails and the phone nmb does not work. Stay away from this company

Andperformance.com are scammers. They did not send anything and won't refund my money. This is scammers who will take your money without sending products. Be aware!

This is a scam. I ordered on the 17th of February. They took my money. But no response at all from this company.
Emails bounce back, phone is not answered. A complete scam. Don't waste your money

Order worth over €200 placed on 6th of February delivery status still not changed. Made multiple attempts to contact customer services with only one response saying they have had ‘technical issues’ but it’s up and running now.
Over 3 weeks later no change. I’m opening a case with PayPal and will also be contacting trading standards.

I thought this company would be reputable due to the scale of their advertisement with being on a very successful podcast and level of advertisement on social media. However so far I have had only a very negative experience and will be perusing nothing but a full refund.

I’ve ordered from this company and it’s been a month that I haven’t received any update on my order. Their email address has also been bounced. No one answer the phone on their customer service.

Can someone who receive the product and wrote good reviews try to help me understand how to reach them and eventually get my order?

Regardless of the positive review below, I really doubt if any of them were paid reviews or bots. It’s not worth the mental struggle and fear

I ordered 2 items in Jan 2024 and still no delivery, no response from numerous emails and £86 out of pocket.

Customer service seem’s to be a problem here

Paid 149.- Euros and never got an receipt or the Order!

Not sure what has happened to their customer service or customer support. I made two orders in early December for a total of CHF 375.00 ($425.00 USD) but nothing was shipped and numerous emails to the support team remain unanswered. Is the company still active? Is A&D Performance still producing supplements?

This is the second order with A&D Performance that I have placed.
On the 1st order shipping was late and well outside the stated deliver time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they told me that they had had a new computer system.

Well this must be a regular occurrence as I placed another order and got the same excuse and over a month since I ordered and still nothing, I’ve emailed multiple times and only had one reply with the above same excuse! However I’ve still been receiving the normal sales pushes from them sating they have X amount left and double bundle deals etc!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been waiting for my delivery for 7weeks still nothing over 200 euros ,no reply no contact . beware of these scammers !!!!

Scam don't buy . My order never arrived and I have no contact with A&D. In my shop app the A&D dojo still on order.

I recently order Tongkat Ali and fadogia. I have been using Tongkat Ali since more than a month and I experencied improve in energy, stamina and overall libido. Shipping has been very fast and customer service very prompt and supportive in replying to my questions. I have experencied a delay in one of my orders but the customer service rewarded me by adding an additional product for free in the shipping. At present I am quite satisfied.

SCAM; never got my order after a month. don't trust them at all/ sent some email that you can't reply to saying the had computer glitches. No further contact and no product. do not trust.

I've orderer a Dojo on january 12, I have no info on my order, no response from Ahmed or anyone from the support. This is a total scam.
