Inconsistent communication and questionable customer service

Communication with Ando Living was frustrating. Replies were often delayed, getting clear answers was difficult, and the information provided was inconsistent.

Most concerningly, their team explicitly confirmed in writing that we would receive a full refund, only to later reverse their position and refuse to honour that commitment.

Honestly, I struggled to understand how this company operates. The way this situation was handled left me with serious concerns about their reliability. I would think twice before booking with them.
