Hi, I'm Phil Broughton from New Zealand. Having Deniz to break the obvious language barrier was an integral part of my stay in Istanbul. Her experience navigating through the hospital and interactions with hospital staff is put on show as you're accompanied to your pre-op tests. My surgeon Dr. Talaibek (who speaks english ) was so accommodating and very easy to converse with. A true hero, that gave me another shot at life. After the op, nutritionist Camrie visited and gave me a run down on foods and the adjustments i had to make, so as not to harm both my body or mental well being. & New Me took away a considerable amount of stress and delivered exceptionally well with their services. To both Deniz & Camrie at & New Me thank-you.

I had lipedema surgery with New Me, and while the results are visible and the medical team was professional, there were some things that didn’t meet my expectations. The hotel I stayed in wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped, and I struggled with the food options during recovery. Communication with the team was good, but I think they could improve.The surgery itself went well, but the overall experience could have been better.

I came to Istanbul for a facelift and eyelid surgery, and the results have exceeded my
wildest expectations. My face looks brighter, smoother, and younger, and I feel like a
brand-new person.
What really made this experience special, though, was the care I received from the New Me
team. Hülya was incredible—she stayed in constant contact, making sure I felt supported
every step of the way. The hospital was modern and spotless, and the hotel felt like a
five-star retreat.
Dr. Mehmet’s work is truly life-changing. I’ve already recommended New Me to several of my
friends who are considering surgery. Thank you for helping me feel confident and beautiful
again.

Honestly my experience with New me clinic was amazing, right from the beginning of communication with the operation manager Deniz, she made me feel comfortable and was incredibly helpful with accommodation and transport. Rose my medical consultant was present throughout the whole time of me being at the clinic, even held my hand during my procedure 😂 her positive personality created a safe atmosphere especially when translating for the doctor to ensure no communication barrier. And last but not least Dr Ekrem keskin was the best i could’ve asked to do this for me, his advice is tailored to his patients and you can tell he is good at his job. During the procedure i didn’t feel more pain than just a pinch here and there, he was very gentle and i love my results.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Honda and Demi from New Be! The whole process from the begining to end was simplistic and easy. All the Nurses, especially Dr Mustafa! These people cared and nurtured me and looked after me so well. These people saved my life!

I had the most amazing experience ,honestly I was extremely frightened about not only getting a plastic surgery but getting it in a foreign country with a doctor I never heard off.When I initially responded to an Ad on FB I was bombarded with a barrage of text messages advertising about specific doctor or clinic . Being a physician myself I was apprehensive until I met Deniz who was quite eloquent and honest she does not work for a doctor or clinic but rather a patient advocate who understand the needs of the patient she introduced me to several physician until I found the surgeon I am most comfortable with .My consultation with the doctor put me at ease and I did my own research about the surgeon qualifications .Deniz made everything seamless and also recommended a family vacation before the surgery as well as fabulous hotels and VIP transportation .the hospital was no difference from the one I practice in the US as well as the nursing service so if you thinking of a plastic surgery I highly recommend Deniz as well as the surgeon I had. My agent was excellent with communication and always answered my questions returned calls, in the end I decided to go with another surgeon but I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she did do for me. Anyone that is dealing with this agent will be extremely happy.
