Superb price on brand-new item, Zoom Sound Recorder.
Item received was brand-new and factory sealed, as described. Delivery was next day by DPD. Excellent service all-round.

Paid for next day delivery item never arrived tried to contact andertons no reply, Will not use this company again, Have now requested a refund this has also been ignored. will now have to reverse the charge on my card.

Gus from andertons helped me yet again. My son brought a new DJ deck from Argos and I haven't got a clue so I couldn't help him set it up. I called anderton music because they helped me purchase an I rig a while ago and they were awesome then. So I called and yet again they got me the right cables and wrote me an email on hoe to use them! How awesome are these guys. Whoever owns this company should be up for awards because this is customer service at its finest

The product bundle offered value for money - I was buying a beginners Casio key board package added great stand and headphones.

I ordered on Dec 22 it arrived just in time 12 noon on 24 th via dpd AS promised. Had good progress updates enroute.

Items all well packed and Christmas present was much appreciated.

I see lot of 1 star reviews and in 25 wrote a few for likes of Ryan air and Sixt car rental. This service at Christmas was excellent- though I did have fingers / legs crossed!

Outstanding company made my return process easy. Great customer service and communications - don't buy your music equipment from Amazon use an independent retailer like Andertons .

I ordered a bass which unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted the company expecting the usual horrible chatbot/generic response, but received a really helpful email from an actual human being within 24 hours. Tom, and later Alex, made a real effort to sort out the problem, including phoning me, and made sure a replacement was checked in store before being sent out. Excellent customer service - thank you!

I just bought another guitar on Saturday lunchtime and delivered 1200 Sunday 👊

I took advantage of an offer and bought a Squier 60s classic vibe FSR telecaster in burnt orange. It’s absolutely stunning and plays beautifully. The action is great and the intonation is perfect. It’s a great addition to the Gretsch Jet Electromatic G5220 in Bristol Fog I bought a couple of months ago from Andertons. A fantastic store.

I've ordered a few things from them and they were competitively priced and sent promptly. I have also found 'Andertons TV' useful in researching products. I will definitely buy from them again. I'd rather buy from them than use Amazon.

Deceptive! This week ordered Behringer BM14M and BM18M pedals "in stock At our off-site Warehouse". Then the next day they send emails about my two orders regarding tariffs and if I wish to proceed. Now their "off-site Warehouse" they are shipping from they say is in China. No ... that is the Behringer warehouse. That would be considered a "pre-order". I can find no evidence that Anderton's has a China warehouse. So the UK tariff is 10% which is manageable but China tariff is a whopping 100%. So I cancel. Credit card charges are still pending. They credit back at a least favourable exchange rate making a few bucks off their lie. Here comes the chargeback. Avoid this deceptive UK music shop at all costs!

I've seen a few negative reviews on here : I just thought I would share my personal experience with Andertons. I have used them since 2020 and have made eight on line orders, including a couple of mid price ( under £1K) guitars. The reason I used them is that they were offering deals and prices on some items that I couldn't get from a more local music shop. At no time in over 5 years has their service been anything less than perfect. All items were delivered within the agreed timeframe. My last order was for 3 pedals, one of which was out of stock but on order from the supplier. The order was placed on 21st September & the ETA for the Morley pedal was 30th September. This date was, of course, an estimate and subject to change if the supplier didn't deliver in time. They updated the due date on their website to Friday 3rd October and emailed me to advise this. The delivery from the supplier duly arrived on Friday 3rd October, was dispatched the following day & was with me by Monday. With so many retailers going out of business it's great to see Andertons still providing great products at a great price and, from my personal experience, excellent service.

They fooled me into making a purchase, stating on their website that they would receive stock the next day. Every day, the website is updated with the following day's date. I rang them and they said they had a backlog at the warehouse, but they had received a pallet from the supplier and it should be there soon. A week went by, and the date kept on rolling... I rang them and spoke with the head of customer service, who admitted they didn't have the item and didn't know when the item was coming in. I canceled my order.
Don't bother preordering an out-of-stock item the expected arrival time is a load of tosh, and even if it says in stock, I wouldn't believe it.

Andertons in Guildford is one of the best known music shops in the Uk and in Europe. And rightly so. Their stock is always up to date, you can find anything from a cheap pedal to a 10k custom shop work of art. Their customer service is second to none, and they offer also a setup/repair workshop that offers a Plek machine as well, not easy to come by. This department is run by Luke, whom I interacted with recently and took care of 2 of my beloved guitars and made them play like butter, really a great job. I strongly recommend Andertons not only for guitars/bass but they also provide for drums, synth, keyboards, pianos and music tech in general. 10/10.

I think I knew what I wanted but needed a little advice before spending a chunk of money so contacted their Customer Service guys Paul and Chris. The service I got from them was outstanding. Communication was same day often same hour and I felt like I was dealing with old pals. Five star star service indeed. The guitar was delayed but a one-off and out of stock so no issues there and the other stuff next day delivery. Won't go anywhere else now. Thanks Paul and Chris for your help, personal service and sound advice.

I ordered the Behringer Centaur pedal from Andertons. The item was clearly marked as in stock and physically in their warehouse when I paid in full — including for next-day delivery. They confirmed the order by email, so I expected a professional transaction.

What happened instead was a masterclass in rank dishonesty. They took my money, confirmed the sale, then simply pulled the item the day after delivery was due, sending a vague, half-hearted email about it “no longer being available as advertised.” No real explanation — just silence until I chased them.

How can a company justify selling a product they physically have, taking full payment, and then cancelling the order without warning? This isn’t just bad service — it’s blatant deception and a clear breach of contract.

I’ve demanded an immediate refund and I won’t be shopping with them again, and neither should anyone who values honesty and reliability.

This Company uses DPD as a Courier truly awful the guitar was in the Depot for two Days saying it would delivered then went to Birmingham Hub then Back to Liverpool Hub despite the order saying next Day Delivery what was even worse the Van went past my House
This Guitar was for a Black Tie Charity Auction for Kidney Research luckily a friend donated a Guitar for me

This was my second order with Andertons. The first was 23rd March 2023.
Both times was for the order of PRS guitars.
This company is first class very helpful.
This order was made online for next day delivery., I telephoned the company to make sure everything was OK.
I was spoken to very politely, and was assured the guitar would be perfect.
It was delivered on time, and the guitar is perfect.
In my opinion Andertons are a first class company.
