I ordered the beds for my granddaughters Christmas last year due to our faults the beds were only delivered last week we are very happy with them the girls love them great quality and Ian done a grand job building them thanks again I highly recommend the company

I was then given a delivery date within the next 7 weeks. A week before my bed was due to arrive (last week), Barbora sent on the invoice with remainder balance which needed to be paid. When I went on to pay, the amazon pay option had gone or wasn’t working and only way I could pay was credit or debit card. I knew payments on debit cards weren’t protected and a I never had a credit card, so I was stuck in terms of making a payment and protecting myself at same time. I then borrowed my uncles credit card to make the last payment. During all this Barbora kept assuring me that they were legitimate, and everything was going ahead as normal but just reading so many bad reviews, I kept doubting myself.
With knowing my payments were protected anyway, I decided to make the payments to Anderson themes and dreams and knew if the bed turned up, I would be happy, if it never, I would get my money back.
Barbora gave me fitting date of Friday 21st Feb 2020 and bed was due to be delivered and fitted in evening. Friday evening comes and guess what ………………………………………
I HAVE 2 MEN CHAP MY DOOR WITH DELIVERY OF A NEW BESPOKE BUNK BED.
I was ecstatic (not even seen the bed built yet) but just knowing It was not a big scam was a big relief. Within an hour and half the bed was built and the BED IS PERFECT. My kids, my wife and I all love the bed. It is amazing. The Best thing I have got my kids. I will attach pics and videos if it lets me here.
So in the end, was all worth it, so glad I stuck with my gut feeling and glad I trusted Barbora.
Barbora, you were incredible! So polite and helpful and I must have changed my design about 8 times and each time you never complained or moaned. You were very professional and reassured me every time I needed it. Even now after the bed has been delivered and built your customer service skills are very good! Hats off to you! I hope the company recognises your worth and how customers feel welcome and at ease with you.
The final shoutout was to the two lads who came to fit the bed. Can’t remember their names! It was an older lad and his younger helper was his cousin! The workers were amazing! Got their head down, covered the house with dust sheets as they had to walk in and out of rain and built the bed perfectly. Even toughed it up where needed with paint etc and left me paint if I ever need to touch up. Guys yous were fantastic.!

So yeah people! Go with Anderson Themes and Dreams as you won’t regret it. If you feel you can’t trust, pay by methods which are secured but I am 10000% a legit customer. You will find my review on their facebook page, if you do, I am sure you will see videos and pictures of bed on my profile. They have the best designs I have ever seen and also can do any design you like basically and I have now been told they are moving in to the adult bespoke bed market!
Barbora and the rest of team, thank you once again! You have made two girls so happy with their bed and a relieved father!

This is an edit from my previous review, since the new owners of Anderson's have taken over they have completed the bed that the previous owners refused to do, they have given me the rest of the bed that my children can now enjoy and I cant thank then enough for what they have done! They worked efficiently and quickly to correct what went wrong, thank you so much!!!!!!!

My kids absolutely love their new bunk bed! I couldn't be more happy with the quality and service provided by the Anderson's team myself.

The beds were delivered and built on the delivery date I requested. A special thank you to Richard and Ryan who built the beds. Both were excellent at their job and had the beds assembled very quickly and professionally, nothing was too much trouble for them. Both my grandsons are delighted with their new beds. I am happy to recommend this company to any future customers.

I was originally worried about re ordering my little girls bed when the original company ceased trading.
However I can not stress enough how helpful and fantastic the new company is. The delivery and assembly of the bed went with out problem, the guys were considerate of my home putting down protection

After being let down with the previous owners of Anderson themes and dreams. I can not recommend the new owners highly enough. They guided us through the process of retrieving our money back and in return we took the faith to order our twins beds again. The two men arrived yesterday morning via the ferry to northern ireland and they both where such a pleasure to have in my home. One of them had made our beds himself in the workshop and to see the enjoyment in his face when the end product built was a pleasure. I had two very happy little boys last night and can not recommend the new owners highly enough. Please dont hesitate to order from them the new owners are prompt and efficient. When Anderson’s closed down earlier this year I was really disappointed as I’d ordered a bunk bed for my 2 daughters birthdays. I did get my money back and after a while was contacted by the new owners offering me a deal if I were to order again. I was cautious but I loved the style of the beds so I took the risk. The beds arrived when they said. Communication was great from the company. And the two men who came to fit the beds were great, Conor the main joiner could not be more helpful even putting the new mattresses on the beds for me. The finish on the bed is great and my girls couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a bed from Anderson’s just six weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday, and I have to say, me and my kids are thrilled with it!

The quality of the bed is amazing – everything I hoped it would be – and the service I received, from ordering to the delivery and fitting, was superb. I couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for something special and unique for their kids!

Although we had a few issues with delivery .. i can not fault the quality of the bed I recieved and how over the moon my children are with their special magic bed ..

Delivery was not made on time due to timing issues with other orders.. this was a slight inconvenience however I was constancy assured and kept informed that my product was on it's way ...

Fitting of the bed was quick and tidy and done to a high standard...

Would 100 percent recommend this company... the quality of bed is amazing and I have very happy little girls .

Worth the wait

I was skeptic about ordering from here after reading all the bad reviews from customers of the previous company.... however my bed arrived when they said it would and was fitted within two hours. They even accepted half payment up front and half when the bed had been built up for reassurance. The company are trying to build up their business and the trust of their customers despite negative feedback due to the previous owners. My children love their new bed so I’m a happy mum.

Got my bed delivered last week and I’m really happy with it. I think these new owners are really trying to turn things around, and I would defiantly recommend them.

I decided to purchase a bed from Anderson's Themes and Dreams, even after reading the negative reviews, because I really loved the designs. After speaking with the customer service team, they explained that they were the new owners and had only launched in July 2019, so the bad reviews were aimed at the previous business of the same name.
I went ahead and bought one of their bunk beds for my 4 and 7 year old, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.
Not only did my bed arrive in just six weeks, but the team who fitted the bed were lovely and the bed itself is perfect. The finish is exactly what I had hoped for and my kids love it!
I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them to others.

I was one of the original customers that were let down by previous management of this company. Left out of pocket, without a bed and an upset child. I put my faith back into this company after management had changed hands and couldn’t fault my experience. The communication was second to none. The fitters were so professional and friendly. The bed is sturdy, of a high standard and looks fantastic and above all my daughter loves it! From reordering to having the bed put up was so quick I wasn’t prepared! Thank you! This company does have a bad rep at the moment but it is by no fault of their own, I am a genuine customer and this is a genuine review and am hoping to restore some faith in this company and people looking to potentially order by leaving this review of my experience.

Great company.my boys celtic bunk beds and lockers are out off this world.the boys who fitted it wear amazing and did no leave till all was perfect.even added led lights to the bed to make it look even more amazing.the fitter took this appon him self to do as it wast in my order and I’m no glad he done it as it looks amazing.this was no extra change.after been in my house for hours and hours he also put up some football but and bobs I had that still needed done.he done this with no problem at all.they boys wear amazing and can’t thank them enough.would highly recommend them.my boy is over the moon

Came fitted beds February 2019 BUT didnt finish them no drawer fronts no cabinet fronts looks disgusting paid £1400 unfinished. Email them for the 48th time today and told me this

It is with deep regret and sadness that we have to inform you that as of Thursday the 13th of June Andersons themes and dreams will cease trading. 

This is due to overwhelming financial difficulties and uncertainty with brexit making funding extremely difficult. We do not take this course lightly nor intentionally but have been left with no choice and ordered to cease. 

Over the years we have made so many children’s dreams come true and the thought of letting any child down breaks our hearts. We have exhausted every avenue we could and tried everything but just can’t continue we are truly sorry for any upset and stress this has caused and please believe it is a last resort. We are a small family business which grew too big to handle with staff whose families depended on us too which makes this all the harder for everyone who has lost their jobs and livelihood as a result

Absolutely awful, been offering 35% discount for months to lure people into buying beds knowing fine well they won't receive them.

I am devastated to here this disgusting man and company have conned many people out of their hard earned money but what is worse is that they have let down so many innocent little children. I have just been on a web site that will still take money for an order from andersons themes and dreams for a bed you will never see. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be very careful of this company. I have just had an e mail to say they have ceased trading very sorry blah blah blah they took my £650 very quickly in March and this is the first time I heard from them as I emailed through PayPal, I am hoping PAYPAL can get my money back. I was buying these bunks for my grand children 6 & 2 years old. They knew when they took my money that there wasn’t going to be any beds they are just cold hearted thieves, and they have broken kids hearts by taking their parents hard earned cash for these beds and now we cant afford to buy more, I will contact watchdog hopefully they might be able to help all of us that are in the same boat.

Same as all others ordered beds for my grandkids in February paid over £600 chased them several times eventually they contacted my daughter via Facebook saying installation manager will contact them on the 9th June to arrange delivery lol and behold they don’t then they go bust. Now got to try and reclaim money from credit card company
