Ancient Remedies' customer service was excellent - Marianne was quick to respond and answered all my questions. I placed a couple of orders, after learning that The Natural Healing Handbook covers so many everyday health issues and provides delicious recipes, juices, teas, and herbs to heal our bodies. I appreciate their explanation of how specific herbs work together, along with the health benefits of countless other foods and how they fight disease.

The customer service provided was excellent. Maureen initially responded to my query, and then Clark dealt with the matter, keeping me informed and updated throughout the whole process. The contact was really quick, polite and efficient. I am very impressed and well pleased with Clark's input - thank you.

I placed an order for the new 4th edition of the remedies book was sent promptly, but then I realised I received the first edition ( which I already have) i sent a message to Mayra, she responded very quickly telling me that the forth edition isn’t available for Australia yet.i was disappointed, Mayra reimbursed the book very quickly and will let me know when it will be available for Australia. Mayra customer service is genuinely fantastic, very understanding and quick to respond . I am very happy

I would like to give heartfelt thanks to Mayra (Ancient Remedies Team) for her great help in resolving the delivery problem of my book order, which had been delayed for one and a half months. By chasing my order, she was really kind to help the customer. I received my Ancient Remedies books with joy eventually.

I ordered the book to be shipped to Santiago, Chile. There were some postal delays, but it arrived. During the entire time from purchase to arrival, the Ancient Remedies team responded to ALL of my email inquires in a very short time. A special thanks to Marielle for her assistance. The book is amazing. Very good quality, colorful, well structured, plenty of details, and easy to read. I and so happy that I made the purchase and look forward to getting started towards healthier eating.

I did not receive my first order (disappeared at the delivery stage) and having notified Marica of my disappointment, I had a second book sent within days with a lovely accompanying email. There was a strange mix up in the order process. Some how it got my address wrong; it was sent to a completely different address in the next province (I'm in Canada) I contacted Ancient Remedies after seeing that the product wasn't moving after a week. They confirmed the (wrong) address! They went forward to send it to the correct address and I finally rec'd yesterday. Thanks so much to Marielle fixing the problem and for the books! I love their contents.

website is user friendly, ordering the book was easy, I emailed back with a request, was contacted quickly, agent Clark was very helpful and efficient, fulfilled my request and sent confirmation within a short period of time. Twice since then I contacted Clark with a question and a request and he replied with useful information and advice. Customer service is excellent, this company treats customers with care and respect, and shows well-deserved pride and confidence in their product.

I have not received my book.

I ordered Ancient Remedies several weeks ago, the tracking showed the book had been delivered but I never received it. Reaching out to customer service and explaining the issue, Marican was quick to solve my disappointment by quickly mailing out a replacement. I got the book today and I'm thrilled with my purchase. This company has been charging me monthly for at least 2 years. No way to contact them, so no response.
I went to my credit union and disputed the charges. I could only dispute 2 - 3 months charges. And then I get another charge (it is actually 3 charges each time) this month. I have tried to locate valid contact information, but have not been able to. They continue drafting my account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and will not respond!
Don't risk it. Online info says an Austin Texas address, but when I looked it up, it shows a photo of a high rise building.
I purchased a few items from them several years ago when I lived in that area. It was a storefront in Austin.
I am now looking into other means of cease & desist their continuing to auto-draft my money without my authorization and without receiving any product for more than 2 years. I would appreciate any helpful feedback as to whether this company is still in business.

I have received both refunds thank you , but when both books were sent I did not receive them that was like one month ago,that's the reason I asked for a refund , thank you for the refund

All the custumer service team were very helpful and polite. A little bit of problems with the delivery but they worked out and solved it. Thanks you very much.

Biehn was of great help, and got back to me so fast. I am very excited to read The Natural Healing book and use its remedies. I also bought one for my sister’s birthday. I feel confident in recommending your book to everyone open to natural healing. Thank you for taking away the guess work.

I wish I can say something positive, but so far having a very bad experience. Not only I am not getting the 2 books I ordered (in early April), but I am getting the same ROBOT response after complaining twice. And if that is not enough, the ads keep appearing on my Facebook and email. Daily I get adverts on how the book ships in 5 to 6 days (although my order status says "Preparing Shipping" since I ordered) and even on a Mother's Day special (meaning people that ordered last week probably got their books while I am still waiting for mine). I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone!

Update: I received a tracking number so parcel is on its way, although I will only believe it when I see it...
