Was having a question for an order and Clark replied to me very quickly , and we were communicating as if we were on whatsapp... I got the accurate reply to my question and also a refund because there was a misunderstanding with my command. Finaly I got more informations that I was looking for at the beginning. He was veeeery helpfull to me. Thank you very much ! It was much apreciated as it's really not often like that .

Patrick was very helpful and kind and helped me so much. Always so quick and efficient with his help. It was really a pleasure doing business with you. You are a remarkable company with the most amazing team. John also helped me a lot. So thank you so much.

I don't think Ancient Remedies is trustworthy.
Their website says that there is a 3-5 day delivery time.
After I ordered I had to ask several times for an expected receipt date.
When I finally received a link to my order I could see that it would be shipped from China.
After further correspondence with Ancient Remedies I was told that there was a 4 week delivery time.
At that time I am on vacation and therefore cannot receive the Ancient Remedies natural healing book.
Untrustworthy company

Order #1060692 (16/5/2026)

today 04/06/2026 my order arrived .
Nice! - only 20 days delivery time, but still much more than the 3-5 days that are advertised.
I had been told that the order would not arrive until between 10/06/2026 - 16/06/2026 - so something happens when you 'complain' to TRUST

The customer's support was excellent, quick and very kind. I ordered the book on plant remedies, and I'm eager to start using them. Thank you for the work.

I did not receive my book when it was expected to arrive so I sent an email. I got a response immediately. The address was incomplete. I gave the proper address and my book is on it’s way!

Mayra was very polite and prompt in her replies to my questions.

I double ordered hy accident and they responded right away and helped me with options. They followed up and ensured everything was complete.

I had a very positive experience with this company. One of my books arrived with damage to some of the pages. Patrick replied immediately to my email and arranged for a replacement to be sent out the same day.

Very polite courteous service.
I ordered two books but only received one. The joint and mobility was not printed yet so they graciously gave me a refund. It’s nice to know there are good companies still around.

When text you about my book you got back me within seconds. I shocked after all it was 2:am in the morning. When asked what was going on with my book. Biehn fixed the problem within seconds. I was so very, very happy. I felt relief. So thank you very much Biehn.👍👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯💯

While the cause of my issue needs to be validated with Ancientremedies.com, the promptness and level of support provided by Rena of customer support was outstanding and I give her 11/10. If only all companies had someone like her. I am totally satisfied and await the updated delivery of the product.

Maricar did a great job of resolving the issue I had getting the latest version of the book delivered.

I can only give it 3 stars because it took a very long time (months!) to get the excellent book, something went wrong with the delivery address but Mayra from the help team finally sorted it out, she gets 6 stars! :)

Whilst ordering, something got wrong. Too much was deducted but it was immediately reimburced and the order was adjusted prior to sending. Thanks for the good support Mayra! The book was received within just 3 or 4 days and it looks really 👍. Glad to have it.

I had accidentally added something to my order which I didn't want. After getting in touch via email, it wasn't long before I received an acknowldgement of my request to cancel that item, but ten minutes later received notification that a refund had also been issued.
