I have tried morning magic, finishing 2 bags, and it’s a game changer- no jitters, I felt more productive and less tired- no crashes. Also the fruit matcha and watermelon matcha I have tried was amazing. I will be purchasing some more mushroom blends too as they really helped with my energy swings.

I have been using the Morning magic for 6 months now - absolutely made up with the impact it has had on me. I have found the following benefits: improved sleep quality, massive reduction in chronic pain, improved memory and brain fog, also noted a massive decrease in sugar cravings. Really great taste, I drink it as an iced coffee made with oat milk.
Delivery always arrives really quick and well packaged. And what’s Really important to me that Ingredients are clean and there are no anti caking agents/bulkers/fillers and products are 3rd party lab certified! All round really good quality of product.

I have personally been using the products from ancient extracts for over a year now and honestly they have been life changing helping with energy levels homone regulation, anxiety, recovery, mental wellness, digestive issues etc all things "modern medicine" couldnt help . I also give the gummy supplements to all members of the family. It's not just the products that are of the highest quality but the staff too. I have purchased for the first time i have been looking at the health benefits of mushrooms and ancient extracts has been 1 of the best i had saw, and after emailing them and chatting lengthly i found them amazing to deal with they really want to help & support you.
i have ordered some the tremella and chaga mushroom powder and the ceremonial matcha powder, and although it has only been 3 days since starting them i feel a difference the first day not external obviously too soon but internally i feel my mood is better my gut feels better and i struggle with everything to digest properly as i have had issues hear but i did speak to my gp before purchase he didnt seem to know about the mushrooms 🤷‍♀️ not surprised there lol but he did agree for me to try them.
And iv had no issues at all which im so happy about as i really wanted to be taking these long term, the clean ingredients for my body to deal with is obviously the key.
I cant wait to try more as i wanted to see how i would be with these first.

I’ve been supplementing lions mane for my autistic son for a couple of months now. I’ve seen massive gains in his cognitive understanding and he’s now starting to communicate verbally, recently having his first word. Lions mane is a great support for brain function and il definitely be an ongoing customer.
