Came on the Wednesday after I ordered on the Sunday really fast delivery but the quality of the t shorts isn’t great but for £10 you can’t moan there more like day time tops then ones you could wear to go the pub with your mates bit like boohoo type of material

Great quality hoodies, ordered two of the limited additions. Great fit and style. Will be purchasing from this company again

3 months later & two jackets paid for have not arrived ... money taken immediately & zero response from emails to customer service ... either a scam, closed or playing you to see if you follow up ... either way do not order from them

I purchased 4 items in November. 1 item arrived. It was the wrong size. It took me until mid January to get my money back after no replies from emails. I had to threaten to report to trading standards and small courts claim to get a response and my money back. So anyone else with the same problems I suggest to do that. Had no reply for weeks. Then emailed saying I'm reporting to trading standards and had a reply within the same day. I know this is a big problem for alot of people as I've seen the comments on all social media platforms.

My order didn't arrive however when I contacted them the customer service was very good. They sent me a copy of the shipping receipt and after I explained it handy arrived I was given a refund promptly.

I ordered two shirts from the company in September of 2019. After not receiving my items I sent emails, and DM's on Instagram and did not get a response until January of 2020. I gave my shipping information to find out what happened to my order and never got a response. To this day I have not received a refund of any kind or a replacement order. I will never order anything from this company again and will continue to warn people to keep them from making the same mistake I did.

Great design and fit. Shipping was also fast.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive but quality is high. I emailed them twice and they apologised for the delay. The replied the same day explaining due to Covid they are understaffed plus with the overwhelming number of orders due to Black Friday and Christmas approaching the 3 week wait instead of 3 days is understandable. The only fault l can find is that l was offered a free item as a gesture of goodwill for the delay but it never arrived but as l didn’t pay for it, l’m not too upset

worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Response time was dreadful, and the excuse for returns are pathetic. Never shopping here again!

Awful service, items were weeks late tried to contact them multiple times to chase my order with no response. Ended up having to get PayPal involved to refund my order which never showed.

Only bought one piece and it was excellent. Wish some pieces weren’t exclusive time only and if there was a selection of bottoms then I’d most definitely buy more often <3

Great quality and service, all as asked for. Only gripe the delivery service to two attempts to find a 22 storey building on a hill. Still very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a shirt for my wife on the 18th of November, emailed to ask the status after a while of waiting. Zero response and zero shirt.
