Activation

I ordered a kit, after few weeks while tracking my pack I saw that it was returned from customs. To learn more about the situation I contacted support and they told me it is lost. They prepared a new package for me and sent. After few days my first package arrived. It was not lost it was not returned. I have to pay tax everytime when I get something abroad. When I tried to activate my kit it gave me an error. I contacted again and they said it is impossible to activate because they sent me new one. I have to pay tax again and this is bothering. I would not care it much but it is almost about 1/3 of it. So if you are ordering a kit mind that.
