Ordered a poster and it came within a few days. Great quality and would definitely order from company again.

Ordered a spine model and took my money no problem. Then emailed a week later to say they can no longer sell to me at that price, but I could pay an increased price. Almost one month later, £75 down and nothing to show for it. I’m awaiting a refund and now have to look for somewhere trustworthy and reliable

Abysmal customer service from this company. They do not let the customer know they take up to 4 days to dispatch your item, and then when they finally dispatch, they send your item without tracking! Disgraceful customer service from a company that claims to supply the NHS.

I have given you two stars because I am pleased with the posters I ordered. However, I had to chase you several times to find out when the items would be delivered and you apologised and admitted they were returned to the warehouse but you did not know why. Soon after 2 of the 3 posters arrived. I waited longer for the 3rd but nothing. Emailed to find out where that was...advised no stock and that I could choose another poster. I couldn't find one at the same price so asked for another that was £6 more...then I was told to pay the difference. This was all your mistake so the least you could have done was to provide me with updates without me chasing then to be asked to pay extra for a replacement when you obviously weren't bothered about me paying for an item i did not receive. Poor customer service and won't be using you again.

Bought charts from them and although it was delivered the very next day (under free shipping), one of it had bent marks all over. Company replied within the same day and agreed to send a replacement free of charge. Can’t recommend it enough for medical students!

I had amazing service from Anatomy Stuff. I had trouble with the delivery of my order for almost 2 weeks, and Rae helped stay in contact with me and chase my order until I received it perfectly. The laminated Muscular Poster is amazing quality and defiantly recommend. Thank you!

I bought posters from anatomy stuff and was charged £11 for delivery charges due to the fact that i live in Northern Ireland the rest of UK are charged £4.50

Quick to respond to any sort of request, kind and helpful staff. Orders are being processed and dispatched in a jiffy.

One star because of the bad delivery service (DPD for the account of Anatomy Stuff).
I ordered an item and the item itself is OK.
Anatomy Stuff charged me 12.53 GB Pound for the delivery costs. I live in Belgium.
The courier (DPD) left a notification in my letterbox that they had tried to deliver on Monday 10 September 2018 at 11:00 am but that nobody was at home. I was at home and have no hearing problems. My front door is 5 meters from the sidewalk and they did not do the effort to ring the front door bell. They just deposited the notification in the letterbox near the sidewalk. The notification mentioned that the parcel would be offered again on Tuesday 11 September 2018 between 16:00 and … (not completed).
I rescheduled an outdoor meeting to be able to receive the parcel. At 18:00 I phoned to the DPD client service in Belgium only to receive an automatic voice mail that they can only be reached until 17:00, but that I could track the shipping status on their website. In order to do so, a 14-digit code has to be entered on the website while the DPD notification only mentions a 13-digit code. Kafkaesque!!!
At 20:00 still no DPD seen or heard.
The DPD notification mentioned the address of a night shop in a very unsafe area. I phoned this shop and was told that they could not check whether my parcel was there since the heap of parcels waiting for delivery was too big.
At 20:30 I biked to this night shop and had to look myself for my parcel in a closet with maximum 12 parcels. I found my parcel.
Do not use DPD anymore for your international deliveries. There exist better couriers like UPS, DHL, etc.
A reply with excuses is not appreciated.

I had a problem with one of the parts and anatomystuff offered a full replacement without any fuss. This arrived in just a couple of days and I was kept well informed and found the assistant Rae very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for its excellent service, above and beyond.

I found Anatomystuff quite by chance and was very pleased I had. An idea for a Christmas present for my son, resulted in the Company doing the impossible and getting part of my order to me before Christmas, so at least I had something to wrap which was extraordinary as I ordered so late !

The tracking of the rest of my order has been superb, I knew what was going on and Rae bothered to check and let me know about the last item that had been delayed.

Buying ' body parts ' as a present for your son might seem strange or worse, by some, but he has started a Degree in Sports Sciences and Coaching, he teaches Basketball and is delighted with the quality and usefulness of the parts as a teaching aid. SO much better than socks I thought !

Model arrived broken. Immediately emailed (tried to ring - never answer) and asked to send photos as evidence. Now apparently being assessed to see if eligible for refund!! Can’t help but feel i am being assessed! This is very poor after sales service.

Excellent product range, we've been using for years and the customer service and product knowledge is exceptional.

I had to amend my order after placing it (stupidly selected the wrong model) and received a speedy reply from Rae who sorted this for me.

The model came well packaged and arrived in good time via UPS. It was also cheaper purchasing through Anatomystuff rather than direct from the manufacturer.

Highly recommend.

We needed a medical model within 3 days, and their website stated 2-3 weeks for dispatch for the model we required. I called customer service and spoke to a lovely lady called Rae, she went above and beyond to source the product for us, she called me back when she promised to and delivered it within 2 days!!! I can't rate them enough. Will definitely use them again.
