I recently purchased their software and encountered issues accessing my account through their website. Unlike most platforms, they do not provide a username and password upon purchase. I reached out multiple times via email requesting assistance with login information but received no response.
Despite their claims of offering excellent customer support, my experience has been the opposite. It appears the project is managed by a very small team, possibly as a side venture, and they clearly lack the resources to provide timely or effective support. This is especially frustrating given their promises of responsive and great customer service on their website.
My request to receive a prompt response caused their support team to automatically refund the full amount without my request for a refund, and they asked me not to contact them again, which is unfortunate since I was not expecting that.
In hindsight, I would rather pay more for a software solution backed by reliable and responsive customer support, which is often more critical than the product itself, especially if you are going to be using that software on client websites.
I also wouldn't be surprised if, after a couple of years selling the lifetime software, they go out of business due to a lack of resources and bad customer support, and leave their customers hanging.
