Would highly recommend Anafiya Gifts. They have an excellent selection of Islamic gifts and everything I have purchased has been of high quality. I particularly liked their children’s books and hijabs with some more unique ones than you find in most places and again, all high quality. Customer service is also very good-I emailed to enquire about an item and received a helpful reply quickly. Postage is quick and the products were well-packaged. Will be checking out this website a lot more, especially for Eid gifts.

The gifts orders were of nice quality. However. I wished to return one of the items. I followed their online return procedure, but the price of returning the item was £05.00 less than what I had paid for the item. In fact that was the case for both the items I had ordered. I emailed them for an explanation but I have not received a reply. I went on theor online chat and waited for half an hour but with no response.
I would not rate their customer service as good.
Also, if returning the item they give less than the price originally paid for an item returned in its
Original condition and packaging then this cannot be right.

The products were good quality. These are lovely gifts catering to a muslim market.I had an issure with my order (not Anafiya's fault) but they remedied it straight away which I really appreciated.

I have been using Anafiya Gifts for all my EID presents. They have great customer service. Any issues they are quick to resolve and hassle free to deal with. I never write reviews, but I am so impressed with the company I wrote this to show my appreciation.
