I ordered shoulder braces. Unfortunately they didn’t work for me. Appear to be excellent quality. I asked to return for a refund. They offered credit or a full refund. I asked for a return label and they said I don’t need to return. They apologized for them not working and said I do t need to return and they will refund me anyway. Shocked me. I will definitely go to Anaconda for future needs! Hard to find customer service so good anymore. Very much appreciated.

Top tier customer service. Had some fitment issues and the team resolved them no issues.

The ankle brace I ordered was too large for my lower foot. The top of my foot had extra stretchy material sticking out all around it and folded onto itself if I tried to put shoes on. In fact, I couldn't even get shoes on with this floppy, stretch material folding onto itself. I emailed Anaconda and explained my issue. I was immediately told to send them back for a refund or exchange. I wanted a refund and was given clear directions and address for return. Easy peasy. Great service!!

Customer service answers very quickly. They answered also during weekend. I got help to my problem very fast. I can also recommend their products.

Placed order on the weekend but made an error. Thankfully they responded to my email fast and were able to change the mistake before shipping. Excellent customer service!! A+++

Been using anaconda products for 3 years. Always great customer service and even had conversations with the owner in the past. My son has benefited greatly using the knee braces for his condition and now using the shoulder brace after an injury and it works great!

I ordered my shoulder brace in early December- never arrived by middle of January. I asked for a refund. Was told I would get it once it returned to the warehouse. It’s April and I’m still waiting for the refund. Very poor service and I would not recommend this company.

The elbow brace I ordered was not right for me. They made a return and refund very easy. That does not happen often these days.

I ordered the wrong size and they allowed me to return them. And provided an easy process to return. Just sent it back to the team and i emailed the tracking number to them. It was an easy process. Just waiting for the refund.

Well the shoulder brace didn't work as well for me as it does others apparently, Anaconda was very good in the refund and reorder category

I have a bad right shoulder,needed support while in physical therapy!! I bought a shoulder brace & the support I got from my ANACONDA shoulder brace helped me 💯 %. Very well made & OUTSTANDING customer service.

These products allow me to be able to train 3x a week with no pain. Customer service is top notch when I had a failure in one of more recent purchases. They respond quickly and helpful response.
