Made an error on my order where I would have paid twice the price for one item and they fixed it and sent me item for $10 bucks. Great customer experience

My customer service experience with Anaconda Performance was absolutely amazing. In all ways the team of customer service reps were professional. From consistent communication no matter who I was talking with, to helpful tips, to providing a sense of empathy, they earned my trust in the company!

This is scam. DO NOT BUY. Orders never arrived and they changed the website domain recently. Could not track the orders. The orders also disappeared on Shop App.

What a lovely company. I ordered a shoulder brace for my husband and you could see and feel that the product was extremely high quality.
Very quick delivery and great communication all the way through.
They really care about their customer service.

GREAT SUPPORT OF MY KNEE

I got the knee brace with stabilizers for work and sports. It has greatly enhance my movement and makes my knee feel more secure when active. The customer service team is also great if you ever have any issues. I highly recommend this company and product.

The product is great! It shows how innovative this company is. You can tell the company has the customer in mind as they bring useful, beneficial and solid products to you. The customer service is even more impressive. If you are considering a product from Anaconda you can be confident and excited.

Products are excellent quality so far, we have shoulder braces and multiple ice pack braces. The shoulder brace was too large, so it was exchanged at no additional purchase costs (aside from shipping back).

The only gripe I have is that it was sized using the Anaconda sizing specs, so part of me hoped that would be recognised, however, new ones were shipped at cost of Anaconda so it's a shared returnd cost at the end of the day.

I had an issue with my order and the customer service team made it right very quickly and pleasant. I won't hesitate to recommend Anaconda products to anyone.

I reached out following another surgery to ask for guidance or recommendations. At first, they didn't have anything that would help. They didn't try to give me a product to maybe help, they addressed that it was out of their realm. Fast forward to being in a spot where I could use their product, they made a rec and then followed up about my initial contact and how I was doing. They give a crap. Others dont. Customer for life and recomended to anyone and everyone else.

Having had problems with knee / ACL and hamstring I tried a few of the high street and online brands without succes. Chaffing / rubbing and them scrunching up. A friend recommended Anaconda and it helped him greatly - can now do 18 holes of golf using the ice version. I ordered some knee supports with the stabilisers and my fault - didn't know they had stabilisers which I feared were the cause of my chaffing. I asked for a return and it was made very easy for me and they offered to send on a no obligation strap version without the stabilisers which I am waiting on and will review. What I can say is that I tried the one they sent (I ordered) for a short period to test out and I have to say that there was no chaffing - I will try for longer now but the most important two parts of the whole experience was that I could instantly feel that they were of extremely higher quality than the high street off the shelf ones. Much easier to wear but it is important to get the right size. So far nothing has been too much trouble for the Anaconda Team. I look forward with confidence to receiving the strap version when it arrives. So far I can honestly highly recommend this company. What a great team.

The team reviewed the video I provided, confirmed that the product was defective, and promptly arranged a free replacement under the warranty.

Beware the sizing chart for the Shoulder Brace may result in you ordering a size too small! I did. When I inquired within 30 days that it was too small, I had a very good email interaction with the company who says the new larger size will be sent to me with no additional charge. Thank you!

The knee braces are fitting and supporting well. The wear and tear on them is pretty high, after some washes they look and feel rugged, general longevity is limited. Should be better in this price range

Service is bad. Not received delivery, new delivery promised, never received. No further response.

Initially left an unfavourable review but I have since been contacted by Anaconda and they were helpful in fixing the issue. It took a few days to hear back from them but they were helpful once the conversation got started.

Knee brace rolls down your leg regardless of size. Size up rolls down size down rolls down and then it stays there after one time use. It only fits nicely one time after that it's not worth it.
