Still not received 7 days after…
A-Kem products are excellent, customer service is also excellent, I had a problem with delivery which was out of their control but once Ross found out the problem it was sorted within hours.

I’m truly sorry you’re having an issue with your order. It was dispatched over a week ago.
Perhaps before leaving a 1 star review you could have contacted me or the courier to find out was there an issue.
It would have been very easy for me to chase them directly on your behalf.
We have been using the same courier successfully for several years and I could count on one hand the number of problems we have had with deliveries.

Customer service is top class. Ross got my order delivered right to my door for me when I was having difficulty getting to Downpatrick to collect it. Emails had a quick response too and my nephew was delighted with his birthday present. Thanks so much for a super speedy service. Highly recommend.
