AMZ Insiders deserves negative stars for its misleading claims and poor service delivery. Despite promoting themselves as an 8/7-figure Amazon sellers, the program fails to provide any real value. After joining last year, I had to withdraw within a week due to a serious family health issue. Despite not accessing any of the resources, my request for a refund was denied, and only a postponement was offered.

The program advertises itself as a “Done With You” Amazon private label service, but in reality, participants are charged $8K to $10K for little more than a website filled with outdated, pre-recorded content and weekly group sessions. These sessions merely serve as platforms for Amazon-related software companies to promote their products. There is no personalized support, no one-on-one mentoring, and no meaningful guidance.

The course material provided is basic and can easily be found elsewhere for free or at a significantly lower cost. The so-called “24-hour Voxer support” is practically useless, with most questions going unanswered for weeks, and when responses do arrive, they are vague and unhelpful.

For a company that claims to be highly successful, refusing a refund to someone who hasn’t utilized any of the material—especially in light of a valid reason for withdrawal—raises serious concerns. AMZ Insiders refused my refund even though I had not engaged with the program for more than a week.

In summary, this program has been a complete waste of both time and money. The promises made are empty, and the content is outdated.

I started AMZ Insiders without knowing anything and when I launched my 1st product, I got the Amazon #1 new seller badge in my category :). Joie & Matt guided me throughout each of the steps involved in starting and online business. I ask a lot of questions and Joie and Matt always made themselves available for me. There are 2 things I found to be very helpful in the program. The first is the one on one coaching calls because that is when Matt would go through everything I am doing and tell me what I need to work on. The second thing is they know a lot of people in the industry because they have been in it for a while. Coaching is really good but any good coaching program needs to be connected to other people that are in the space and they always have great speakers on their weekly calls. I have learned so much from AMZ Insiders and all the people that they bring on the calls. 5 stars all the way!

I want to be very clear and transparent about the coaching program Jamie and Joie are running.

First of all, it involves many hours of pure knowledge and expertise that you need to follow and implement.

The guidance is based on the actual definition of coaching, where you are taught the steps you need to take, and you are responsible for your own decisions.

They answer all questions and are always there to help.

There is always an opportunity to buy more hours of private sessions; however, the amount of value you receive during the class is more than enough to implement and have a successful Amazon business.

These guys are BS-free.

This is the real deal for anyone wanting to learn to sell on Amazon or already selling. There is one on one coaching along with group coaching calls and trainings. I love the AMZ Insiders community and connecting with other sellers. Thank you for helping me start and grow my Amazon biz to 7-figures.

Amz insiders is the best program to learn the Amazon selling biz period! I came in with no knowledge and they held my hand and helped me launch my first two products in 6 months! It is necessary to have a mentor today to be a success in todays competitive environment. Joie, Jamie.and Matt will give you all the best stuff you need to elevate your Ecommerce business

They don't offer any real value, they just talk and talk what they will be able to give in future, but Jamie did not even show up on a call.

On the other hand, Matt has showed up and has been very rude, when I asked him for any proof, before paying crazy money for mentoring ($10 000)

total scam, never got any coaching from jamie, they hassled me into paying asap and after I paid they screwed me. According to jamie I need to ask questions...what kind of training or coaching is that? stay away from this clown

was referred to amozon Insiders from a sister and this program has not disappointed! Grow your Amazon business definitely takes some work but if you're going to learn how to do this you might as well learn from the biggest sellers out there who are actually teaching others! I'm faith the program so far and look forward to achieving big results with my business in the coming day or year thankyou

AMZ Insiders team was always helpful and supportive. Whenever I have a question I just reach out via Voxer and they answer my questions. They are true experts and the real deal.

My biggest concern getting into Amazon was figuring out what product to sell. The AMZ Insiders methodology to finding great products is truly awesome! After following the step-by-step process I came away with so many highly profitable products to sell. Overall the support from the AMZ Insiders team has been really good. I appreciate everything the team does to support me.

STAY AWAY!!I would give this negative stars if I could.
Beginner Amazon students: $8-10k is a total RIP OFF for the poor outdated content that's offered- there are much better courses out there for MUCH LESS the cost with actual active mentors that are responsive and helpful. Make sure to do your due diligence and research first. Just because they claim to make $100 million/year on Amazon, doesn't mean they know how to teach or mentor in any way. This was a sad WASTE of time and a lot of money.  
They falsely advertised and sold me a personalized Amazon seller's mentor/consulting program that DOES NOT EXIST. Nothing about this program was personalized or one on one in any way as advertised. I was very disappointed to find that AMZ Insiders included nothing more than very basic beginner's level pre-recorded outdated content that anyone can find elsewhere online for free, or for a small fraction of the cost they charge. In fact, there is much better content available for much better value included for free with Helium10. In addition, there was no structured personalized coaching or mentoring for any sellers for that matter. *The "elite" Facebook group consisted of a DEAD group of mostly beginning students who've yet to start selling on Amazon. It's like crickets in there.  In addition, 24 hour Voxer access is essentially useless. Questions are RARELY answered within 24 hours, most of the time it took over 2 weeks, and answers are so vague and completely not helpful.  Most of the weekly live training content you can get for free if you give them your email to market to you since they use most of it to promote their program.  A lot of the content is very basic, trying to hook you in to learn more. And then when you give them $$$, you'll be very disappointed to find there really isn't much more to it than that. A lot of the trainings are pre-recorded replays of viral launch trainings you can get for free through Youtube.
 They should not sign up students they know are not a good fit in their expectations vs what they can deliver. I feel like there was a complete lack of transparency here.

AMZInsiders continues to impress me with their commitment to being the best Amazon Private Label FBA/ecommerce training resource available. I’ve used their training in the past and it’s been extremely helpful but I learned of a recent upgrade to an already-great training system and can’t wait to dive into it. The weekly training sessions, the continuous flow of fresh and relevant content to business and social media sites, and the dedication to evolve as a resource that stays ahead of the curve, are all such critical elements that set AMZInsiders apart from the crowded training space, and importantly, give those of us building our Amazon businesses a trusted and knowledgeable partner to have in our corner.

I joined AMZInsiders in 2018. By that time I failed on Amazon cause didn't understand what I was doing. I like your company very much because it's helped to understand market and sales on Amazon. It wasn't easy to apply all theory to practice. I have to come back to modules many times to go over and over again. Zoom meetings are great also. It gave you so much desire to succeed and a lot of usfull information and details. You just need to listen carefully. FB group is awesome. Very helpful also. You always get answers for your questions and concerns. If you are completely new it will take time to understand and comprehend the concept.

I am just starting out my Amazon FBA journey and wanted to find the best training for success. I am sure I have found that with AMZ Insiders. I haven't finished the course yet, but the structure seems to be laid out so that you get a deep and thorough understanding of the business. The teaching is clear and easy to follow. There are live trainings and a Facebook group where you can get help, and you can also get help through Voxer, which is nice. All in all, I would recommend this course and look forward to continuing with it and starting my business.

When I started out Amazon FBA, I was more than lost. Especially after having followed some questionable qick-rich-experts. Luckily I came across one of Jamie Davidson's videos and soon after joining the group was brought back to a winning track by him and his team.
