I hired AMZ VERSE to create Amazon listing images and paid an advance payment.
After more than one month, repeated delays, and detailed feedback, not a single listing image was completed according to my requirements.
I officially terminated the project, and AMZ VERSE confirmed in writing that the project was canceled and that a full refund would be processed.
Today, the deadline they gave for the refund has passed.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received:
