Amy Nails - Customer service
I would like to give a small recommendation for this place.
Amy (I'm not sure if that’s her real name) is incredibly friendly and service-oriented, while Dennis, unfortunately, is not—but his skills are.
I think his attitude is a shame. He hardly greets customers welcome, and he seems irritated, and he never smiles. Additionally, it can be somewhat painful when he works on the nails. This is unfortunate because the results are good, and I believe more customers would join the place if he took the time to be more welcoming and understood the importance of good customer service.
This is written with the best intentions of helping the place succeed in the competition on Frederiksberg, where new salons are constantly emerging.
