They basically theatenting me lol

Bought a product.
ask for update thru multiple platforms a month later.
No reply for another month.
So I dispute thinking theyre no longer in business.
After just a day of dispute, they reply lol
threatening charging me a full price and force deliver it to me no matter what.

they basically threatening me to buy their product lol funny.
bought a product. ask for update multiple time in multiple platforms. no reply for a month. So I dispute thinking theyre no longer in business.
They came back with an email threatening me to cancel the dispute. and will deliver without my consent and charge me full price.
funny business LOL

Edit: Reply to their response. They didnt issue the refund immediately which I request a month prior due to lack of response. After back and forth threatening they will send the product and charge me full price knowing im not going to accept order. Never seen business that threaten their customer like that before. If there is an option to do 0 star, this business would get it from me.
I would I attach pictures from email conversation here but trustpilot doesnt have an option to attach picture. outrageous

Great experience

Bought a ring and the entire experience was a pleasure from the custom design to the final finish. Isabella worked with me for the stone selection which was a sapphire ring and once I was satisfied she took the ring to production...loved the overall service and quality of the ring
