I have just completed on my first house, had no clue what any of the process involved! I was recommended AMT Lawyers by my mortgage advisor and I’m so glad that I followed his recommendation. Aamirah was my file handler and she was so efficient and answered all queries if I had any, and has such a wide range of knowledge. She took a lot of stress out of the buying process which I am so grateful for. On completion day she kept me updated throughout the whole process with regular phone calls. FTB Conveyancing
Used as a FTB and overall was a good experience. Work was completed to a high quality and not had any issues since moving in. Only thing to fault was some poor communication on the back of a member of the team who was handling my case which made it very difficult for a period of time to contact them and consequently the purchase nearly fell through. In the end it was sorted though which is the main thing. If not for these issues which I believe was just unfortunate timing I would be rating 5 stars.

They were super efficient…
They were super efficient with the sale and purchase of our home.
We are based in Staffordshire and never needed to visit them at their office which, at first we thought might be problematic however, it didn’t in the slightest
as Emails were promptly answered and they telephoned if needed.. this made the process perfect..
(Our buyers solicitor was local and in the end it was their inefficiency that caused any we problems we had)
So, definitely use AMT Lawyers for the sale and purchase of your homes
